No option to increase the cap

I’ve spent the last hour trying to get through to live chat. It’s non existent

I need help

The cap will not increase on my account and i need to reply to my bank. There is an option to increase the cap but it will not go above 0 GBP

What am I supposed to do

Have you tried changing the cap via your app and the account online?

You can contact the Live Chat Team at the link below and typing ‘ Chat to an Agent’ when prompted.

Yes I have. They don't know why it won't increase.

Please can someone help me. This is ridiculous.
