I have been with ID for 3/4 years. I took out a new new contract last year but this week, I have had trouble receiving calls.i I can make calls out but I can't receive calls in unless they are through messenger or Whatsapp.

Have you ported your number or is it the same number?
It may be a coverage issue so I would advise to check the network status at the link below:
https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage
If there are no issues in the area and the SIM has the same issue in another handset, please let us know and we can PM you.
