I transferred my phone number from O2 to ID with the PAT code however when I’m text messaging people, it’s coming up with the ID phone number and not my old phone number that I transferred from O2.
does anyone know why this might be and how I can resolve it?

If you are using an iPhone it’s likely that you need to check your iMessage settings.
If it’s an Android please check your RCS chat settings.
