I got my upgrade at the end of August, I started to set up my new phone, but then some life stuff got in the way so I didn't do the transfer, I went to do it tonight forgetting that I had set a new screen pin so now I can't unlock my phone, I've tried the find my phone and resetting to factory settings but it won't connect to do that, am I better of getting in touch with Samsung or sorting it out through ID mobile? Or any other suggestions are welcome.

Did you set up ‘Find My Device’ by any chance? If you did you can follow these instructions to unlock the phone….

Here is a YouTube video that talks you through through how to reset your phone…..
 

 

Please note that either method will perform a factory reset of the device and erase all your data. Unfortunately there isn’t a way to reset the PIN without a factory reset.
