sim not working


Hi, I've just switched over from EE and put my ID sim card I'm my phone and it's saying "No Sim"

That’s not a good start! You’ll need to speak to iD Mobile support and may need a replacement SIM.

Okay thanks - has your EE SIM stopped working?

Just says No Sim on my phone, it's like the phone won't read it for some reason. I've done everything that's advised to get it working but no joy 🤬

Yes stopped yesterday, that's when I swapped to the ID sim

Hi ​@JamieRees  are you still having trouble with this? Is it a physical or eSIM you have? Have you tried a reboot? Is your EE SIM still active?

I had to go to Curry's and get a replacement sim card and it worked straight away last night, I must have had a faulty sim sent to me in the post off ID mobile. Thank you very much everyone for your help with this tho, was appreciated 😊
