🚨 Resolved: Network issue and problems accessing the iD app.

I had no issues accessing the app yesterday, but I do now! I am getting ‘try again later’ error every time I try to log in

Can't get into account!

The mobile app and the online accounts are down, so no wonder your cannot get access to yours. I had the same issue today, when tried to login to my account and just kept on getting error message that details don’t match, even though they did. They are aware of this technical issue and are apparently on it, but no idea how long it’ll take to fix. There’s big orange banner at the top of this page stating the issue.

no network coverage

Jennifer, I have the same problem! Only noticed it today, but could have been going on since the weekend, but I was at home all day and connected to WiFi so didn’t notice. But today when I tried to make a call I got a weird automated response that I have reached the limit of my cap therefore cannot make phone calls and need to top up. What cap? I never had any cap on my account. I have unlimited minutes! When I spoke to the agent on a chat today they told me this technical issue with mobile app and online account being down also affects the calling. No idea how as these are different systems in my opinion, but that’s what they told me.

Customer notice: The iD Mobile app is temporarily unavailable - Resolved

This is so frustrating. Not only ID mobile app and online account is down, I also am unable to make calls! Which apparently is linked to this technical issue, I was told when spoke to an agent today. They gave me a timeframe of 1-2hrs of resolution and as it seems, it’s still ongoing...
