paid twice (manual and debit)

Hi there,Im wondering if I can get a refund as I accidentally paid twice (one manual and one direct debit) for my bill I joined iD at the start of December. I'm hoping this could get resolved.Many thanks

poor coverage at work

Hi thereThanks for keeping me appraised of you Christmas service. Hopefully I wont need it as you have done a good job up untill the point the signal kept disapearing last summer but that went away and its been good except for one major point. I have started working in Honiton at the post code EX14 1SD. When I am outside my office i can usually get a signal but when inside the office i have no service. This I find is becoming unacceptable. Before I change service provider can you confirm that like other service providers you may have an ambition to increase the signal strength to get an inside service for 8.5 hours a day Merry Christmas Neil

Unable to make calls even though I have unlimited sim

I am unable to make calls from my mobile despite having an unlimited sim package. When trying to make a call I get told that I have reached my limit, but I shouldn’t have a limit. I am unable to call any numbers, including mobile or landline. My online account clearly shows I should have an unlimited allowance.I see that this seems to be a common problem, with several posts on the topic and the resolution being provided by the technical team.Please can you assist in resolving this issue, thanks.

Unable to log in to My Account

When I try to log in, log in button is dead. There is a message to ensure latest version of browser is installed (Firefox). Re-installed Firefox twice - iD log in still not working.

Pixel 6 expandable storage

Hello Team,I think you have an error on your site.There is NO expandable memory on my Pixel 6. Even if you could use SIM slot to put some microSD, your network does not provide eSIM so it’s not possible and should not be advertised as such. Sadly for me it’s too late.

I ordered a new Pixel 6 2 days ago, and had a message saying it will be delivered shortly, but haven’t heard anything since.  How can I get an update and an estimation of when my new phone will arrive. Also, the deal offered a pair of Pixel Buds but there’s no mention of this on the confirmation.  I’d appreciate an update. Order ref is 1195555684.Thank you

Data cutting out.

My data keeps cutting out even when it says I have 4G or 5G. It will just stop working and i’ll have to turn my phone on and off again for it to work. What can be done to help this problem please?

Confusing switch text message

Using the switch form (not via app or my account) I've entered my PAC from EE to switch over my EE mobile number to ID.Receive text message from ID to say "Good news! We're processing your PAC and we'll switch your number <ID mobile number> over to your ID account on 21/12/21."I definitely filled in the form correctly and selected PAC. Why does the text message say the ID mobile number to be switched over instead of my EE mobile number?

Mobile Data not working

So i recently got a new phone (OPPO A15) and i haven't had any mobile data. Everything else on the phone is fine, just the data. I've tried the methods of turning airplane mode on and off again, turning my phone on and off again and removing and reinserting the SIM card. nothing has worked. this was an issue with my last phone, too, leading me to believe it is an issue with the SIM, however, my old phone could occasionally get a bar or two of signal in very rare, specific places, which i have yet to encounter on this phone. I assumed the issue would go away as i got my phone fixed and data working a while ago, and have had no issues until now, with the previously mentioned problem. Any clue how to fix this? EDIT: I’ve tried turning carrier auto-connect off and choosing every network on the manual select list one by one, none of them work.

unlimited data bundle

I have a Vodafone R218h mifi dongle that is unlocked.  I have successfully used my iD SIM card in this device several times, but not regularly.  I have recently added a £20.00 bundle for unlimited data.  The dongle says it’s connected and shows it has a network signal, but when I connect my phone to it via wifi it says there is no internet connection.  I have also tried the iD SIM card directly in my phone am still cannot get any internet.  The SIM card was anonymous and I though this may have been a ploy by iD to get me to register.  I have since registered the SIM card but still cannot use the data on the card.  Would iD have de-activated the SIM card if it is not regularly used or am I missing something else?

HOW DO I CANCEL MY PLAN !!!

I no longer have the sim and cannot make an account as it is linked to the sim phone number (which I do not have).  I do not have internet access so can not use live chat (this message is being done in a public place where I will NOT use live chat).  There appears to be no phone numbers available to cancel my plan.  What options do I have other than to stop my direct debit?!

BILLED WRONGLY...

My monthly bill is 3.99 & yet I have just received a text telling me that my bill is 18.00. I cannot find chat to try to resolve this if it cannot be resolved before the due date then I will cancel my direct debit. Now I usually pay by credit card anyway but I like the DD as a back up. How do I find chat on your website? Thank you...

ordered phone then seny email saying out of stock

Hi I purchased an phone the iPhone 13 thinking it was in stock but had an email straight after saying it was out of stock. This has meant I’ve had to pay money to get an old phone fixed now!! I also have no way to contact ID mobile as they have no way to contact them via email or phone . Can I be told when this is expected back in stock?
