Cannot activate SIM

My mum bought a new phone with iD and we cannot set it up. We’ve tried 2x iD SIMs and the phone just simply will not recognise them in the device. The device is fine as I have used a different SIM in it to test.She has no signal to receive any sign up/security texts or receive security codes.

4G coverage slow

I can’t use mobile data because it is so slow, there’s no point in me having it! Is there anything I can do to make it quicker?

calls and texts not working while abroad

I am currently abroad and cannot receive sms or calls. Roaming is switched on, I am connected to a network and data roaming works, just not calls or texts. Help!

"ID plan ended more than 6 months ago" message

I have a contract with ID but I cannot access my account. Every time I try and log in I get the message that my ID plan ended more than 6 months ago and my account has been removed. This makes no sense as I still get monthly emails with a statement for my bill on the email address that's supposedly been removed. I need to log in because I want to get a new contract. What can I do?

sim card not working

I have just moved to ID on a sim only deal. I have 2 phones and 2 sims. one sim is ok but mine isnt able to connect for some reason so I can only use wifi. I have tried the following:Put your phone into flight mode, leave it for 30 seconds, and then disable flight mode Check that the SIM card is inserted correctly. Restart your device. Turn off your device, remove your SIM, and clean it using a micro-fibre cloth. Then re-insert it and try again.

new contract but old contract info showing

Hi - I ordered an upgrade sim only plan from you - with more data for less money. The new sim duly arrived and I activated it fine. However, my account is still showing as the old plan (same data, same monthly payment) rather than the new one.Please can you help? - thanks in advance.

mobile data is not working

Over the last few days my mobile data has stopped working. I have no access to internet etc unless connected to WiFi. I have unlimited data account and signal seems fine.

IPhone 13 Pro 128GB stock

I'm after the iPhone 13 Pro 128GB, black or blue, as an upgrade and both are out of stock - without being able to preorder, or an expected date to come in stock. Can't get through to anyone from iD. Is anyone aware of when this is expected back? Thanks

I want to leave, I cannot access the account as I don't have the phone number or the sim card and the phone us broken, I've been trying  to get into this account for weeks with no human at all to speak to

new phone contract not working?

I ordered a new contract, I received the phone and sim yesterday ,the sim isn’t working, what can I do?  Check your coverage      Tested     OKcompatible handset         Tested     OK Put your phone into flight mode, leave it for 30 seconds, and then disable flight mode. Check that the SIM card is inserted correctly. Restart your device. Turn off your device, remove your SIM, and clean it using a micro-fibre cloth. Then re-insert it and try again. Try the SIM card in another 'iD compatible handset', and test the connection in a few locations to see if the SIM connects. If you don’t experience any issues with the other handset, your original phone may be at fault.                                                          Tested

Sim wont activate?!

I have recently upgraded my plan and received a new sim to go with it. I inserted it and activated it, over 24hrs later and nothing has happened. I do not have any signal but my dashboard states the plan is active.  I need my phone for work, does someone have an answer?????

my Replacement sim card activated, but not working.

My sim stopped working so I thought to get a replacement one. The replacement one has come and I’ve activated over 24 hours ago and it’s still not working!! This has been going on for weeks now and I’m losing business and contact from family as this is my main line. Absolutely appalling service.

EU Roaming charges

After 23 May 2022, 3 the network you piggy back on, will introduce roaming charges. Will ID be stopping free EU roaming at that time, forcing me to move to Virgin?

Cant access app

So my phone bit the dust last night. I have tried logging into my ID account on the computer so i can check when i can upgrade etc but forgot my details. I cant use the forgot password/username links as they send a verification code to your phone and i obviously cant access this with my phone being broken. is there any other way i can access my account?

Insurance company need proof of purhcase

Hi, I have been asked my my phone insurance to contact my network provider for proof of purchase for a stolen iPhone. The only paperwork I have received from Id mobile is direct debit details however my insurance needs a document from you which contains the following  make model memory size colour IMEI number please can this be sent to me ASAP?  I know this question has been asked before but I also need these documents for my insurance company. calls and messages

I have bad signal in the my house when receiving calls i can't hear that person it keeps an breaking up or when I call that person he or she cant hear me and the call ends outside when I call that person cant hear me or the call gets answered but they cant hear me or i start to break up and the call ends

Hi, I called ID customer service they are always busy. first of all They didn't pick customers phone. I am struggling with my cancellation and changing plan. I don't know how can I talk to them.live chat doesn't work.I paid each day with each call. My contract finished on 22th January. I am still charged. I overpaid £21.85Frustrated moments Please let me know how can I stop/cancel my contract?

Suspension not lifted after paying

I have paid my mobile ID bills, all of them monthly… I struggled to pay my latest one however I still managed to get it paid within a day yet my account still doesn’t allow me to use my data, calls or texts. Whenever I do call, it says that I still have an outstanding balance even though I have paid for all of my bills and it doesn’t say on my page that I have any outstanding payments… What do i do?

Can’t send SMS to some numbers

I got a new SIM at Christmas. Have never been able to send SMS to some numbers but others are fine. I can receive SMS from the problem numbers but when trying to reply I get a red ! and “not delivered”. I can definitely send SMS to some other numbers (have turned of iMessage and they still get through). Phone is an original iPhone SE. Suggestions welcome. iD mobile support seem unable to resolve.
