Account cancelled but I wanted a PAC code

I cancelled my ID contract and requested a PAC code. I didn’t receive it and now the contract has cancelled, so I can’t text for a PAC code as my sim no longer works! How do I get my PAC code??

0.01p has been charged but haven't got an confirmation

Hi, I have just tried to order a new phone and contract and I haven't had any confirmation that it has gone through. I tried to order again and nothing happened. The 0.01p has been taken from my account twice so I don't know what to do now. All the details match up to my account but the only difference is I just got a new card sent through even though it has the same sort code and account number as the one I currently pay on now with my current contract.

issue with PAC code

I have a PAC code and when i enter it and my existing mobile number that i want to change too an error messages appears saying PAC code or mibile number entered incorrectly.. i have been trying for two days i need assistance with this.

No service in apartment

I’ve recently got myself a new handset. Before purchasing I checked the service provider details for my are (Sheffield S2) which have 3G/4G/5G indoors and outdoors. Even though I have unlimited date (all gens) but can’t get service anywhere inside my apartment. I can’t connect to the internet nor make calls any idea how I can boost signal strength? Or overcome this issue. Not really worth my paying for unlimited data if I can’t even use the thing

unhappy with phone

Hi, I have a Google pixel 4a and I am really unhappy with it. Within three months my first handset was completely dead with water damage. ID wouldn't help with this and luckily Google we're good enough to replace the handset. I'm now on my second hand set and only had it for two months and it's screen is literally falling off, I can see inside the phone!This is unacceptable in my opinion......I absolutely do not want a third phone from Google. Can anyone help? Do I have any options here?

transfer my number not working

Hi, maybe anyone can help... I am having esues with porting my old number over. Pac code from vodafone been used to switch to ID 6 days ago. Now vodafone sim with my old number stopped working but old number still did not transfer. Thank you if anyone can help would be appreciative.

Screen fault on new Pixel 6

Hi, a screen fault appeared yesterday on my Pixel 6. A black mark on the edge of the screen about 5mm long. What is the best way to go about getting this resolved under warranty please?

Phone out of stock after ordering.

My daughter ordered an iPhone 11 in the colour black on Sunday. She received a confirmation email and then a following email to say that the phone is out of stock. Please could you inform me as to when the phone will be out for order? If there is a different colour currently in stock is there a way to cancel and change the order? Thank you.

Cancelling Sim only and setting up contracr

Hello,I have just started a new contract through Carphone warehouse with id mobile, but I already had a sim only plan with id mobile. How do I cancel the sim only plan and move the old number on to my new contract? I have requested a pac code from sim only plan but not sure what to do now? many thanks

my sim does not work

I recieved my iPhone 11 yesterday and when i entered the sim it says no service, when i go onto airplane mode it just comes back as no service i have reset the network services and nothing has worked! I cannot receive messages which includes the security code to make an account with id mobile. I dont know what else to try except for throwing the sim away at this point.

Transferring number to new PAYG

I am currently with Virgin PAYG and being abandoned by them on 11 Jan. I wish to go with a new PAYG provider and keep my number. However, unless I am reading the matter wrongly, I cannot keep my number without embarking on a contract with the new provider. Is that right?

Unable to get final bill as can't login to account

I have cancelled this ID mobile number and need to login to get my bills. However when I try to reset my password I need a code which you say I should call you to obtain. When I call the number provided it tells me that all support is via this site.Please advise how I proceed and get my login back to get my bills or send me copies of my bills.

When I first set up the phone it was working fine for 24 hours. Turned phone off at night and now the phone is saying no sim. Iv tried taking it out cleaning it turning it on and off nothing seems to be working.

My Upgrade Phone won't connect to WiFi

Received new galaxy A51 on Friday. It will connect to WiFi but won't work when it's connected. Just says I have no connection all the time? So now back to using my old Samsung S9? Not sure how to contact anyone for a replacement?

Vodafone PAC code not working

Hi,i’m trying to port my number from vodafone to ID, I’ve got a PAC code and I’ve completed the online PAC form on the ID website but when i click submit it says at the top in red that all fields must be completed - they are. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong? I’m not getting a confirmation email or anything explaining that there are any other issues Thanks Chris
