Urgent help meeded. please help me ID mobile or anyone.

I placed my upgrade with ID last week. Dpd mis labelled my parcel and I received 2 dirty covid tests. I immediately caught the driver and made him take a photo and send it back to DPD. a lady at the depot has phone and said sorry they know where my phone is. And also sent an email to me saying as much.I have tried all week to get this resolved. Virtual chat agents can do nothing. Vustomer complaints team will do nothing until DPD update them.DPD won't do anything until they get the handset back from the address it got accidentally delivered to.I have lost all trust in ID mobile, they have been making promises since Tuesday to get my replacement handset sent and now I'm told I may have to wait a further week.That conveniently takes me past my 14 days cooling off period, I have asked if we can cancel and reorder to be told not until someone somewhere communicates between DPD and ID. Please can anyone help me please. I can't spend any more time waiting for a call to be answered and trying

ID Mobile Pay as you go sim, 4G or 5G?

Does anyone use an ID Mobile Pay As You Go sim? Can you confirm if you have access to a 5G signal or are Pay As You Go restricted to 4G signal only?Customer services say they're 5G but according to the ID mobile own website and Currys, ID Mobile Pay As You Go is only 4G?

Hi, I have seen that all ID plans currently included EuU data roaming is that the case. I matter what monthly plan you are on? How would I know if it was or want on my plan?  thanks

I am on an ID Mobile pay as you go, but I want to cancel that and get a phone contract [contract that tcomes with a phone]. I also want to keep my number. How can I do this as smoothly as possble, please?

text messge not sending

Hi there I've been having ongoing issues with text messages not sending. Thought it may have been texts not sending to iPhone as my handset Android not the problem please advise. I've done all the necessary turn off reset and check my number is showing correctly in the message center

HiI am currently in france and tried the sim I usually use at home in it but it won't connect to the Internet. Im connected to the free network in france and not sure if I should be using apn for id mobile or free? And what they should be! Please help!

Third party arrangement on behalf of friend who has disability

My friend who has a disability and lives in a nursing home has no network service after a new SIM card was put into her phone. A member of staff did this for her as I was not allowed to visit her as the home is currently in a lockdown. My friend relies very much on her phone and I need to try and sort this out for her. How do I go about gaining the authority to talk to someone on her behalf? I don’t have Power of Attorney for her, but she is unable to use the internet and emails related to her account come to my address.

Is there a way to see the RAM/Bit type specifications of the phones?

I want to get a phone under contract but I specifically want a phone that’s a 64 bit version (since it’s required for a number of apps on the appstore), but unfortunately I can’t find anything in the site that shows these specifics. Is there a way to see this or is it possible to be recommended some phones that have this requirement.

Volte on oneplus ?

Hello,Received my SIM last Tuesday, and obviously a new phone number… and VOLTE was working.The next day I ported my old number over, and VOLTE disappeared Ive tried to sort this with the Mumbai (?) chat folk…. SIX TIMES !  They either dont understand the language, or have no idea what VOLTE is.The last one I chatted to decided a replacement SIM would solve it… this came yesterday, and is now working - but again no VOLTE. My phone is a Oneplus Nord CE ….. I know VOLTE is supported, as a Three SIM shows it - as did the ID sim until i ported my number !!! Any ideas please ?ThanksPaul

Activated new sim card but still can’t send texts?

I upgraded from an iD sim only contract to an iD phone contract so kept my old phone number. With my new phone they sent a new SIM card. I put the new SIM card into my new phone and activated it on the iD app on my new phone. It’s been a day and I still can’t send or receive text messages. My old SIM card is still in my old phone should I take it out? On the iD app it says I successfully ported my old number to my new phone.

cant log in

I have been trying all evening to log in to my account and it just doesn’t work. App, mobile browser, iPad, laptop, nothing works. The iD home page opens up quickly and as soon as I enter my details to log in (or sometimes even the login page) it just stalls and times out it says action can’t be completed.  i need to activate my new sim so this is really really frustrating. Is there an issue with Id? This happened a few days ago too when I wanted to upgrade but on laptop it worked, app and phone browser didn’t. Before this I hadn’t logged in for aaaages so don’t know if this is a new issue??

SMS Issues after porting

Hi,I’ve just joined id mobile and transferred my old number but I’m having issues with SMS.When I am texting via iMessage everything is fine but when I am sending an SMS I get a message saying not delivered then the person tells me they have received the message 2 or 3 times.Can anyone please help as it’s really frustrating?Thanks!

Please help! Cannot switch to iD Mobile

Can someone please help? I've tried to submit my request to port my current phone number over to iD mobile and I keep getting the following message…“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”I have checked my details multiple times. They are all correct, and the PAC number from my previous carrier is valid and not expired.If I knew iD mobile didn’t have a proper customer service then I’d probably have decided against taking out a contract with them….

SMS not working after number ported

My number has been “succesfully” ported today morning. (Voda → Id) Calls seems to be working normally.I do not get verification SMS to active my mobile banking.When my wife send test sms, then I get the message, but not from her number. (Random, different numbers. Keep changing...)I tried to turn off my iPhone Xr for 10+ minutes.Turned off iMessages and FaceTime.Verified my current phone number match with my profile’s number.Removed the old iPhone from my account.Log off / Log on with apple Id.Moved the SIM to different phone. What should I do to make it work? Br,Balázs

Unable to Register 2nd Plan

I have 2 plans and I have been trying to register the 2nd plan to upgrade it.  I understand that it needs to be linked to a separate email address, however when registering it says  “Oops, the details you've entered are incorrect. Please try again.”The phone number is correct as is my surname and DOB, so not sure why it is saying incorrect.  How can I upgrade this plan if I can’t register to log-in?Any help would be appreciated.Thanks
