Sim card not delivered

Hello. I ordered a sim card on the 5th of December. Following this. I received an automated email telling me I would get an email from DPD with a tracking number which I didn’t receive. I still have not got my sim card (it said it would take up to 3 days) but I have got a letter stating that my Direct Debit is set up. I can not track the delivery of the sim as haven’t got a reference number sent by DPD. I tried to launch a web chat but don’t have an iD number yet as the sim hasn’t been sent so it won’t let me access the chat. What shall I do? Do you have a contact number?

data usage differences

Hi, I have a monthly set up with 1gb data allowance with rollover for 1 month. I took advantage of the NHS scheme till October allowing for unlimited data for the same price. In the past month, since I reverted to my normal allowance I note that I've have 0.8 gb left when on a WiFi connection but only 0.3 gb when I connect via 4G. I rarely use 4G if possible and believe the former to be correct. Is there anyway of finding out which is correct to ensure appropriate rollover? Regardspep27871

Order Update

Hi,I ordered an iPhone 11 deal on Monday 23rd, at the time it stated the item was not in stock but would be on the 24th. It is now the 27th and I have had no further update on my order. £87 has been taken, but I don’t know when/if I’m going to get my phone!?I have tried the live chat around 4 times today, each time I was cut off whilst trying to seek help. Not a great start to becoming a customer of ID Mobile! Can I please get some help to get a current status on my order!???

Issue with new sim card

OK - I am really struggling with this as a customer service route, but here we go. I am ew to ID mobile, but I kept my old number.1- When I send text messages, they tell me that they are undelivered, but the recipients actually receive the same message 3 times.2 - With iMessage, the messages I send are coming up as being sent from a different telephone number to mine. I have been patient thinking it will sort itself out - but it has not.

I have been using the phone for 6 months, no problem,went to look at a bill and it said I had to activate my SIM so I flowed the instructions and now I cannot make any calls and I am not connected to ID network,how can I reset?

New phone won't make or take calls

New phone (iphone 11) arrived on Monday, received and submitted the PAC code on Monday afternoon (now wednesday evening).I am unable to call out from phone and not receiving calls either. iMessages I send are from the new ID mobile number, and texts can be received to old number but when I send a text I get an error message, but the person receives the message.I have tried turning it on and off many time, I have also tried calling and using the webchat for ID, neither of which worked. I need this fixed urgently as I am awaiting calls on my old number, not to mention being unable to dial out.

phone not texting or making calls

Over past few days I've found my phone isnt sending messages to iPhones. I have now just gone to make a call and it says I'm up to my limit however I have purchased unlimited calls and texts? I have a samsung phone.

Cannot receive calls

My number was transferred over and seems to work.  I cannot receive calls and if you ring my number it says not available.  I can make a call but it shows as my husbands number?

Hey! I’ve got a new phone and a new contract and after 3 days I still can’t send messages, it comes up with the loading green sign and then the exclamation mark so it won’t let me deliver. Anyone know how to help please?

No Signal after activation

I recently upgraded and was informed on the phone that all I would need to do is put my new SIM card in the phone and all would be good.For the first few days it was fine and signal worked. However, after I went on the ID mobile app for the first time I got a text saying my new SIM card was being activated. Since this text I have had no service anywhere and it has been about a week now.Any ideas why this has happened as was working fine before or what to do?

on wifi so why has my data allowance changed so much in five minutes??

Hi. My first post so be kind 😃.My data allowance seems to fluctuate over the course of minutes, when I’m at home on Wi-fi- I am really puzzled. I tried live chat last night but all I kept getting was “I won’t be long” and variants of that for over half an hour, so gave up. I am going to attach some pictures to show you what I mean - any ideas/advice will be gratefully received, thanks.

I’m meant to have 50gb of data a month but my data just won’t work my bill is paid and I’ve tried Turning it on and off putting it on airplane mode and even putting the sim in some one else’s device! iPhone 11 can anyone help I work from home and desperately need internet connection

Ending my plan

I have been living in the Philippines 1 year and 2 months, my contract has ended 8-9 months now, but everytime I go to My Account Online, the problem goes to the password or pincode ID Mobile staff sends to my ID Mobile Number which was never used Roaming so it is not active. I am losing too much money on the small Sony mobile phone, becoming very expensive after the 2 years contract and from my free minutes/calls and free texts. I was meant to return to UK last March 2020, but due to the pandemic lockdown and ongoing problems, I have no desire to return to UK in the near or far future. How is it possible to end my plan online when I also read so many complains about their contract/plan ending, but could not do it. ID Mobile has taken advantage getting much money from customers by making it so difficult with their system! Please help me! I am a 70 yr, old senior lady from the Philippines!

Pixel 5 wont stay on 4G, sim in Samsung works fine.

Hi All, Help needed as this is driving me insane. Firstly, I am covered by 4G as we’ve got another mobile in the house on three and that’ solid on 4G and gets about 40Mbs. Just go the new Pixel 5, an my issue is it always connects with 3G iD as a network. I can manually go in and select the 4G version but it will always fall back to 3G or H when is shown in the top right hand corner. I’ve got all the updates, I’ve restated several times, I've tried auto vs manual network types. Airplane mode on/off and I’ve still only ever got it to be on 4G for a minute or two. I’ve also put the sim in my old phone and 4G is fine. Please help.

Replacement sim card.

I oredered a replacement sim card over 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Every option that you use when you phone them just directs you to use the live chat . The options they give you are trash , I eventually waited to chat with an advisor for about an 1hr 30 mins and still no engagement . I just want a sim card so that I can use the services I’m paying for. I can’t see any email address to contact them directly? Thr customer service is trash it should be called serve yourself service because I can’t get any help. To make matters worse the phone is actually my daughters who is now of age to pay her own bill. When she got the upgrade I asked if it would be aproblem to transfer the contract into her name and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. When I called for the repalcement sim the advisor told me that I could’ntand my daughter could build her credit history by buying a new sim deal. I’m now fed up as I only up0graded for her in September. Hey, make your services simple to use.
