Cancel SIM Plans

I am trying to cancel my sim plan , I have tried to go through the automated system and thats not working , I have also tried to contact customer services via a voice call, can someone get in touch with me to cancel it please, I have two plans that require cancelling. I seem to be going round in circles.

Upgrade ordered 48 hrs later still nothing

Upgrade was ordered Wednesday night around 9.15pm. Confirmation of order ref number received. 48 hrs later still no depatch email saying it’s been sent out. Not happy :(  Been trying chatbot all day to speak with agent but keeping saying no agent free. Any ideas? 🤔

I can't make calls.

My phone won't make calls. In Settings, Network Mode it says: LTE 2G/3G. Usually it says 4G and frustratingly I can't make calls. I press the phone App icon and the screen begins to change and then the screen reverts. A message then appears saying App has stopped.Can anyone help me please?

Sim activiated but not showing on dashboard

Hello I purchased a sim only last month via ID (runs for one month). I am now into my second month of using the sim. However, I was running low on data last week so instead of buying more add ons, I've ordered a new sim only with a higher data allowance whilst still in my second month of the previous sim. I’ve received my new sim and popped it into my phone. I scanned the bar code to activate my sim and the app said that the sim has already been activated. I have received text messages saying that the new sim has activated too. BUT my dash board is still the same as my previous sim, and my data running low! I’ve also received confirmation that my direct debit has been set up. I’m not sure why my dash board isn't showing my new allowance. It says in my text that my first bill will show up the next day, so I guess that’s when the dashboard will update? Or is it a case that I need to buy more add-ons using my old sim, until that plan/sim deal runs out? Then do I switch to my new sim whe

NHS unlimited data

I have activated unlimited data using my NHS email, since then I have had 2 messages saying I’ve used 100% of my data and I’ll now be charged £10.24 for every 100mb used. On my normal plan there is a £5.00 cap so I don’t understand how I can be charged for every 100mb used?

twi sims different phones - one iD SIM works the other doesn't

me and wife has a phone each both in ID SIMS WHILST OUT at oneparticular place my wife gets a signal i dont my phone is  a S9 hers is a newish samsung i have had a new sim as i requested one and the signal is still the same,when i goto select netwok manually id not there only two other network  providersso im at a loss

I have cancelled my contract and and am still being billed and taken random amounts of money out of my account without being contacted and can’t sign into my if mobile account as the number is no longer valid

ID PAC code not working when switching accounts

I’ve transferred from my partners account to my account, when I’ve tried the PAC code issued by ID it doesn’t work even though I want to transfer the number across to my account

Porting old number

HiI am trying to port my old number to my new sim.I have tried to complete the online form however it is not accepting my surname, all fields are correct.I have downloaded the ID mobile app and sent the transfer on the app but I have received a text message “We have tried to process your PAC but we ran into an issue- the ID mobile number,  last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect. Please contact Customer Services”I double checked all details and these are correct.How do I solve this?ThanksKatie

Hi I just placed an order and received no confirmation, just got redirected to an empty basket page, which is a bit worrying after giving you all my sensitive information! Now I have to register on here just to speak to someone because live chat doesn't work. Terrible first impressions and I'm not even a customer yet!

bad coverage

Just moved over from Virgin mobile. Received 3 SIMs on a SIM only contract and getting very bad signal in my home on all 3 SIMs - often not being able to send and receive any calls or messages. What are my options? Are there any devices that iD provide to improve my signal? Or is the only option to switch to another network? Can I get a refund for the monthly contract ( I've only had the SIMs a couple of days)? Can I port my numbers again? Thanks in advance

keeping existing number

Just moved from another network and want to keep old number. We’ve entered the PAC but didn’t register the new number/ SIM first. So now when we try logging into the app, it sends an activation code to the new number which we now don’t have access to as the number has switched over. How do we get around this and sign up and use the app?

Why is it so hard to cancel a contract?

I need to cancel the contract on the phone (in my name) that my granddaughter uses. The phone is smashed and the sim card lost (I’ve blocked the sim card). I have spent most of the morning trying to find a way to do this, the bot is worse than useless, I tried the ringing the 03 number only to be cut off after 4 minutes. I followed a link here in the community only for it be blocked/broken. So, if anybody could advise it would really help as this is urgent.
