CUSTOMER SUPPORT PLEASE!!!!!!!!! Non working sim card!

How can I use my SIM card if there is NON EXISTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT?????? Live chat? PERMANENTLY GETTING THIS: “Sorry, all our Live Chat agents are currently unavailable. Please try again later.If you haven't done so already, check out the iD Mobile Community. my number hasnt tranferred and its saying not recognised!

So I requested my old number be transferred. My old phone is no longer active on that number. But my phone still says it hasn’t got my old number. I followed the instructions on the chatbot of changing the number in settings and it’s still not working! I don’t want to lose my number! I’m thinking of going back to 3 which had proper customer service!

New sim not working after upgrade

I upgraded my phone and activated my sim two days ago and it’s not working.I have tried all the advice and nothing.  Online chat is never available after trying several times a day.

DPD lost my phone delivery

Please help. Just spent 1 hour on text chat and totally frustrated. All I want to understand is when I will receive delivery of my phone and all i know is that you will investigate.I am totally frustrated and disappointed as a new customer, please recover this and bring back the excitement I had when I signed up.

Upgraded to a new phone but received a SIM with a diff number and data allowance is not updated

Hello,I upgraded to a new phone through the app.  But i got a new SIM with a different number and also when i look at my account dashboard it shows the old data allowance. Please advise urgentlyThank you

Moving to sim only at end of contract.

My contract has ended & I want to get a sim only deal with ID.I think I should have clicked on upgrades & chosen a sim only deal from there but instead I just ordered a sim only deal & the sim card arrived today.No idea what to do now. Should I ring Carphone Warehouse & cancel the sim I’ve just received & then order a sim only deal from the upgrade menu or what ? If I do this & order a new deal from the upgrades do you actually send a new sim card or do you just press some buttons at your end ?What about my number which I want to keep ?What happens to the new direct debit I’ve just set up for the new deal ? Do I cancel it ?Please reply in plain language as I’m not tech savvy.Thanks.

order confusion

I need someone from the ID mobile team to contact me please.. I’ve had a few conflicting emails, one email saying my order is being processed, one saying you need to speak to me and if there’s two failed attempts to contact me the order will be cancelled, but no one has tried to call me and it’s been several days, and another email saying my order is out of stock.. My bank also has two pending transactions, one on the day I made the order and another today? I’ve tried the online chat but it’s always telling me to try again later.

hi i have upgraded my daughter's sim for more gig how long does it take to reactivate

I upgraded sim yesterday and it was turned off by I'd and not come back on.had text saying can take up to 24hrs.but it's been over that now.

Terminate account

I opened an ID mobile account for my younger son some years ago, but he has not used it for ages, he now has an iPhone. As a result we have all forgotten the number, and without the number it is impossible to do anything online. We continue to pay for this account for which there has been no usage for ages. I WANT TO TERMINATE IT AND STOP PAYING FOR NOTHING. I get the monthly bill statement but there is no way to respond, I can’t log in online without the telephone number. It’s highly unsatisfactory, almost a scam you could say - no way of terminating or contacting anyone without the number. Then you get the useless chatbot and no agents available, impossible to be put in a queue. HELP!!! I am going to be fleeced for life at this rate. John Burgess

where is my sim card

It’s been 4 days and I haven’t received my SIM for my new SIM only deal yet.  What I am disappointed about, however, is that the bill date has started from the date of order, NOT the date of “activation of SIM” as in after receiving the SIM and using it in my phone.This seems an easy and obvious oversight as effectively ID mobile is charging for the days you haven’t even received your SIM yet.Can you please tell me where my SIM card is going to be delivered?

switching my number

I have submitted my PAC code twice 'successfully' and almost 2 weeks have passed still no signs of my number being switched over. I have tried to contact ID mobile on a number of occasions however it has proven impossible! I am new to ID mobile and am not impressed at all. Am going to start looking into leaving them. Do they have no staff working for them I wonder

wheres my order??

I ordered a new phone last week, the phone was in stock. I then received an email in Wednesday saying “We’re still processing your order.Although the product you ordered is currently out of stock or on 'pre-order', we’re expecting it shortly, so it should be with you soon.”please can I have an update with my order? If it is going to be extremely late in delivery I will need to cancel my order and buy elsewhere.

no confirmation of PAC code switch

I have filled out the online form with my PAC code and transaction number to switch my mobile number from 3 to ID. I was told I would get a confirmation within 24 hours however I have no had that yet, so I am currently paying for 2 contracts, one of which I am not using. Any help would be appreciated as to what I can do.

I have placed an order for a new phone and contract a week ago and was told the phone would be available from 2 December. I have not had any update though after this date has passed and I can’t see where I can search for this with my order number online?

Phone number not tranferred

I filled out the PAC form to transfer my old number over around 3pm on Monday, my number still hadn’t transferred over by Wednesday. I filled out the form again Wednesday afternoon and it still hasn’t transferred over (it is now Friday).When trying to find a resolution online the live chat told me to update my settings as it is an iPhone and restart the phone. This also hasn’t worked. I cannot find any phone number or email to contact customer services on the website.

Keeping my old number

I tried to keep my number, went on website told I'd my pac code etc. Didn't hear anything for 2 days. Went on live chat spoke to someone, they said it was sorted. But then received a text saying there was an error with it. Any ideas?

I ordered an Iphone 11 28/11/20, after i ordered it fine i then got an email to say it was out of stock.No where in the email did they say when i would be getting my phone yet you still took payment from me even though i have no idea when i’ll be getting my phone.I just want some more information on the whereabouts of my phone and how long ill be expected to wait.

I’ve been trying for a week to enter my pac code and all the app and online keeps saying is that it’s wrong. It’s not wrong. I’ve tried everything. Now I’m stuck with two phone bills and I’m getting quite panicky about that.

overcharged with no explanation

I have been with ID since last August it's used by my son. I paid originally 9.99 a month and then a few months ago it went up to 10.25 but today £19.02 was taken from my account. I put a £2.50 cap on the phone when I opened the account. It's never been used and the data usage wasnt over its limit this month so no idea why its jumped up nearly 9 pound?

PAC code was successfully applied but received a text saying otherwise

Hi All, Hope you are all doing well. I’ve got screenshots (one on a PC and one from my phone app) showing twice I’ve successfully ported my new number onto my pay as you go monthly contract.  However I received a text last night stating that the ID number, last name or transaction number entered was incorrect.  I rechecked with my PAC provider, (O2) this code is correct. All my other information was correct and I can’t speak to anyone at ID, so this is pretty much the last chance saloon to keep my old number.  Any help gratefully received!RegardsBryant
