Old number not transferring

Hello,  I requested for my old number to be moved over to to my new id sim on monday and it has still not been transfered over on friday. I have tried going onto settings and changing my number this way and then restarting the phone. However, when i do this it just changes back to the id number or it wont let me send messages or make calls until i change it back.How do i fix this please?Thank you, Natasha

Cancellation Problem

I am trying to cancel my account which is set to renew on the 12th December. I can’t log in to do this via the app as I lost my phone last week. I have no need for a new plan and am not moving to another company. I have tried to get help form your live chat, but been unable - and can find no phone number that I can ring. Help!

proof of usage

I've been trying to get proof of usage to no avail customer service can't assist,the email they give keeps bouncing back and my insurance needs this asap.  Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:documents@idmobile.co.ukYour message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

Transfer of old number

I'm having similar problems to other threads but am having zero success with the replies given.I have requested and received the PAC from EE, I've submitted the required form on iD mobile using transaction number etc, it's now been 3 days and the number has not transferred even though I had a reply saying the submission was successful.I've then attempted transferring the number via my iD profile using the number I want to retain and the PAC but the reply says I have 'entered a wrong mobile or PAC number'.This switch and new contract is quickly becoming a regretful decision and I will be looking to cancel at the earliest opportunity of this isn't resolved.

My phone number hasn't ported across after 3 days

I ported my number across on Tuesday but its still not coming up correctly.  I am getting a notification that it has happened when I tried to do it again but my number still hasn’t updated and I can’t speak to anyone.

PAC Code not working

I have recently joined ID mobile for a pay monthly contract, and I have received a PAC code from my previous supplier Vodafone. I have submitted the online request form twice, and waited two working days but my old number still hasn’t transferred. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

phone calls cant be recieved

I transferred my number to my new phone but now I can’t receive calls or texts - I can however call other people. I can only receive calls and texts from my boyfriend who is in three network - I need help urgently as I can’t get through to anyone on the live chat or on Twitter. I was able to receive calls before my number was transferred

Number Transfer

I tried to transfer my old phone number over to my new ID sim, however have received a text message saying there was an error and to contact customer service. I can get ahold of anyone and that bot is no help. I need my old phone number due to my job!

CUSTOMER SUPPORT PLEASE!!!!!!!!! Non working sim card!

How can I use my SIM card if there is NON EXISTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT?????? Live chat? PERMANENTLY GETTING THIS: “Sorry, all our Live Chat agents are currently unavailable. my number hasnt tranferred and its saying not recognised!

So I requested my old number be transferred. My old phone is no longer active on that number. But my phone still says it hasn’t got my old number. I followed the instructions on the chatbot of changing the number in settings and it’s still not working! I don’t want to lose my number! I’m thinking of going back to 3 which had proper customer service!

New sim not working after upgrade

DPD lost my phone delivery

Please help. Just spent 1 hour on text chat and totally frustrated. All I want to understand is when I will receive delivery of my phone and all i know is that you will investigate.I am totally frustrated and disappointed as a new customer, please recover this and bring back the excitement I had when I signed up.

Upgraded to a new phone but received a SIM with a diff number and data allowance is not updated

Hello,I upgraded to a new phone through the app.  But i got a new SIM with a different number and also when i look at my account dashboard it shows the old data allowance. Please advise urgentlyThank you

Moving to sim only at end of contract.

My contract has ended & I want to get a sim only deal with ID.I think I should have clicked on upgrades & chosen a sim only deal from there but instead I just ordered a sim only deal & the sim card arrived today.No idea what to do now. Should I ring Carphone Warehouse & cancel the sim I’ve just received & then order a sim only deal from the upgrade menu or what ? If I do this & order a new deal from the upgrades do you actually send a new sim card or do you just press some buttons at your end ?What about my number which I want to keep ?What happens to the new direct debit I’ve just set up for the new deal ? Do I cancel it ?Please reply in plain language as I’m not tech savvy.Thanks.

order confusion

I need someone from the ID mobile team to contact me please.. I’ve had a few conflicting emails, one email saying my order is being processed, one saying you need to speak to me and if there’s two failed attempts to contact me the order will be cancelled, but no one has tried to call me and it’s been several days, and another email saying my order is out of stock.. My bank also has two pending transactions, one on the day I made the order and another today? I’ve tried the online chat but it’s always telling me to try again later.

hi i have upgraded my daughter's sim for more gig how long does it take to reactivate

I upgraded sim yesterday and it was turned off by I'd and not come back on.had text saying can take up to 24hrs.but it's been over that now.

Terminate account

I opened an ID mobile account for my younger son some years ago, but he has not used it for ages, he now has an iPhone. As a result we have all forgotten the number, and without the number it is impossible to do anything online. We continue to pay for this account for which there has been no usage for ages. I WANT TO TERMINATE IT AND STOP PAYING FOR NOTHING. I get the monthly bill statement but there is no way to respond, I can’t log in online without the telephone number. It’s highly unsatisfactory, almost a scam you could say - no way of terminating or contacting anyone without the number. Then you get the useless chatbot and no agents available, impossible to be put in a queue. HELP!!! I am going to be fleeced for life at this rate. John Burgess

where is my sim card

It’s been 4 days and I haven’t received my SIM for my new SIM only deal yet.  What I am disappointed about, however, is that the bill date has started from the date of order, NOT the date of “activation of SIM” as in after receiving the SIM and using it in my phone.This seems an easy and obvious oversight as effectively ID mobile is charging for the days you haven’t even received your SIM yet.Can you please tell me where my SIM card is going to be delivered?

switching my number

I have submitted my PAC code twice 'successfully' and almost 2 weeks have passed still no signs of my number being switched over. I have tried to contact ID mobile on a number of occasions however it has proven impossible! I am new to ID mobile and am not impressed at all. Am going to start looking into leaving them. Do they have no staff working for them I wonder

wheres my order??

I ordered a new phone last week, the phone was in stock. I then received an email in Wednesday saying “We’re still processing your order.Although the product you ordered is currently out of stock or on 'pre-order', we’re expecting it shortly, so it should be with you soon.”please can I have an update with my order? If it is going to be extremely late in delivery I will need to cancel my order and buy elsewhere.

no confirmation of PAC code switch

I have filled out the online form with my PAC code and transaction number to switch my mobile number from 3 to ID. I was told I would get a confirmation within 24 hours however I have no had that yet, so I am currently paying for 2 contracts, one of which I am not using. Any help would be appreciated as to what I can do.
