Trying to order. No communication at all

Hi There, I have been trying to order a new SIM and setup a new £6.00 pay monthly deal but every time I go through the process, complete the details and enter the banking info it just then says basket empty. I have £0.01 showing on the bank and I have had nothing from you guys as a confirmation. 

Can you please advise the process, how long would this normally take?

UK citizen for life.

Also no live chat at all through multiple browsers, all cookies accepted and popup enabled. 

No one on the phones. 

Not a good start really for a phone and communications company!

I am sorry to hear about the issue with your order and the problems faced when trying to get in touch with us. The Live Chat option should appear so it is strange that it never popped up. Which devices and browsers have you tried?

When placing your order, does the billing address given to us match the address that your bank has on the system? Any mismatch can cause the authentication to be rejected.
