transferring number to id mobile

Hello, I received my phone with receipt on Monday 30th november. I have requested a PAC code and says request has gone through, however it hasn’t worked yet 4 days later

dont have accsess to this service

i have joined ID and have seen on the app my number has been ported today. and have had a txt too but i cant call or revive calls it says i don’t have access to this service also at the top where the network bar is it says wifi calling. whatsapp and facetime work ok for calls but i can’t call normally and need it as i’m a carer so need to be able to revive calls

porting old number

Done the form with the pac code yesterday, waited all day number still hasn’t ported over. Cant speak to anyone the bot doesn’t understand the problem. Can anyone from ID help?

unsuccessful number port

Hi all, my number successfully ported across. However, I turned my old phone on with the old sim in so that I could reset it to send to Carphone warehouse and since then my old number is no longer attached to my new sim. I have checked the ID mobile app and it says that my old number was successfully ported across. I’m not really sure what to do now 🤷‍♀️

Replace faulty sim

Hi, I’m needing a replacement sim for my mothers phone as the one she is using doesnt work properly. she has been trying to get in touch with customer support for the past few days and she just gets put in a long queue. So im wondering if someone can help me get one to her please. thanks

I had submitted my PAC code online yesterday (3/12/20  845 AM) to ID mobile for transfer of my number from three.  However, the same has not happened  till now. please help.

transfering my old numer

I can’t transfer my old number. I’ve got my pac code from my old provider and I’ve tried the transfer on both the app and online and it won’t work. Keeps saying it’s unsuccessful! Really frustrating as I’ll have to pay for my old contract as well as my new on if this transfer isn’t completed soon. Please help!

I'm a new customer and my pac code is not working.i can't get through to anyone to port my number and it's the only way to cancel my existing contract. No agents in live chat and obviously no phone number to callNot a great start for a new customer....

Is there an ID support service out there?

 Hi I have attempted to ‘live chat’ with someone over the past 3 days. There is never anyone available and chat box is unable to transfer me to an agent to sort this issue out. I have been billed for two accounts over the last 3 months and a previous contact in October doesn’t appear to have been rectified. I’m really annoyed as it is so difficult to contact.

why has my number not been transferred?

I am waiting for my number to transfer. The help article said it would be within 1 working day but it did not happen, which means I cannot use my new phone and am still paying o2 to use their service.I see other questions on this issue where people's numbers are not being transferred, does ID mobile generally have problems with doing this within the timeline that they have stated on their help page?Is there a customer service contact email who can look into the issue and advise?

Text wont send or be received

Noticed yesterday I can't receive or send text messages. When sending all I get is a spinning icon. I can access Internet and make calls. I've tried, turning the phone off, removing the sim, changing from 4-3g. I've checked for local network problems and there's not. Can't understand why it's suddenly stopped working. Can't get hold of any human from I D to assist.Please help. 😞

Missing Sim delivery and can't get through on phone (chatbot was not helpful either)

Sim card ordered on Saturday and still not received by Friday’s post.  Tried calling (as your article on deliveries suggested) but the pin sent to me was not accepted and I was cut off.  Tried the chatbot who repeatedly referred me to the article and finally said “glad I was able to help”.  Sadly no help was given.  There is no email address to write to you so have resorted to this.Thanks

Trying to switch number.... very angry as it is not working and this is wasting my time. Not a happy new customer.

I have requested and submitted the PAC code as instructed. I did this on Monday, it is now Saturday and it has not switched over so I am now having to pay to 2 contracts.Live chat was absolutely useless and now I am having to waste my time sorting this out.I am unbelievably angry.

Old number not transferring

Hello,  I requested for my old number to be moved over to to my new id sim on monday and it has still not been transfered over on friday. I have tried going onto settings and changing my number this way and then restarting the phone. However, when i do this it just changes back to the id number or it wont let me send messages or make calls until i change it back.How do i fix this please?Thank you, Natasha
