PAC code not being accepted

I’ve been trying for a week to enter my pac code and all the app and online keeps saying is that it’s wrong. It’s not wrong. I’ve tried everything. Now I’m stuck with two phone bills and I’m getting quite panicky about that.

overcharged with no explanation

I have been with ID since last August it's used by my son. I paid originally 9.99 a month and then a few months ago it went up to 10.25 but today £19.02 was taken from my account. I put a £2.50 cap on the phone when I opened the account. It's never been used and the data usage wasnt over its limit this month so no idea why its jumped up nearly 9 pound?

PAC code was successfully applied but received a text saying otherwise

Hi All, Hope you are all doing well. I’ve got screenshots (one on a PC and one from my phone app) showing twice I’ve successfully ported my new number onto my pay as you go monthly contract.  However I received a text last night stating that the ID number, last name or transaction number entered was incorrect.  I rechecked with my PAC provider, (O2) this code is correct. All my other information was correct and I can’t speak to anyone at ID, so this is pretty much the last chance saloon to keep my old number.  Any help gratefully received!RegardsBryant

PAC transfer issue and I cannot contact customer service

Hi,I am a new iD Mobile customer, I have set up my account and submitted my PAC code yesterday.I have now received a text saying there has been a transfer issue and to contact customer service.But it seems impossible to contact customer service, the live chat simply does not work and never connects to anyone and there seems to be no way to contact by phone.What should I do?How can I contact customer service?And is iD Mobile always like this? Is it known to have terrible customer service?I am not sure if I should cancel my contract and ask for a refund as this experience is just terrible.Thanks

SIM not working

I have received a replacement SIM and have activated it as instructed. SIM does not appear to be working (no network). Live chat doesn't seem to be up and running.Recently switched from another network and not enjoying things so far as it's not much fun when you have a issue and can't get support from anyone at I.D mobile!

PAC code doesnt work

Pac code is not working, i have been waiting 5 dqys now to keep my phone number and it still doesnt work. I have id mobile card but i wanted to keep my phone number. Called and wrote to you 3 times and each time i heard ,,it will be done today”. Still not done!!!!

Cancel my contract/sims

I want to cancel my ID mobile plan, I do not have an account to be able to do it on the app or online, I have tried the live chat but there is never anybody free to help.Please advise ASAP, thanks

Need to resolve payment-dont know number

When I got the phone contract I only wanted the phone, not the sim, so I binned it, two years down the line when it comes to me wanting to find the date my contract ends so I can cancel the direct debit I cannot login as I don’t know the phone number they gave me. I hadn’t needed to log in before as I have never had any issues. Any advice on how to find the number they gave me despite it never being used? Thanks

replacement sim

Hi I need a replacement sim for my account with you - mobile number 07462 441093. Broken my mobile which has gone off to insurers, sim tray was damaged so unable to remove SIM and they won't send it back. Unable to log into my ID account or reset my password as don't have access to my phone or my email account. None of your options listed to obtain a replacement sim actually work. Thanks.

I can't use my PAC code

I’m trying to complete the form to use my PAC code from my previous provider but my PAC code seems to be longer than the number of digits I can type into the form so I can’t complete it.I have tried repeatedly to speak to a “live agent” but they’re always busy.I’m seriously considering cancelling my contract already, this service is a joke.

Hi, Can you tell me if you are rolling out ESIM’s soon as Three is now a provider and know you piggyback off that network?If not are there any plans soon as if not I will need to change provider.

Can't get PAC on my sons mobile

I have two sim only contracts for my two sons and want to cancel one. I used a second email to set up the second one as at the time id wouldn't let me use one email to register both id contracts- this is the one I want to cancel - but can't remember which email I used and the forgotten username page doesn't recognise any of the emails I would have used. When I ask for a pac code on his phone it then asks for a date of birth but I've tried using his, mine, and my wife's and none of them work to get a PAC code.I need to be able to get a PAC code, can you get one to me another way?

PAC Code Issue Failure

I have recently joined ID and requested a PAC code from my previous network provider. I have used the ID switch form and completed all the fields, when I go to hit ‘submit’ it comes up with an error saying all fields are mandatory and they must be completed. I have completed all the fields - it’s so frustrating! I just want to submit my PAC code - the chat bot takes me around in circles and I can’t speak to anyone. What else can I do?

Number still not ported over from Virgin to ID mobile even though PAC code submitted to ID Mobile.

Purchased a SIM from Carphone Warehouse over a week ago. Gave them my number &  PAC code for it to be ported over. A week later and still no connection. I’ve also gone onto the ID mobile web site and re-entered the PAC code. Carphone Warehouse say it’s a problem with ID mobile and to contact them. Have tried several time for live chat but no response.  Please can someone help.  Thank you.

contact ID for order status

I ordered an upgrade for my son for Xmas and believe it was to be delivered around 15th December. I just want to confirm this and cant get hold of anyone!! Worst customer service ever - should I just cancel and go with another provider!

Order confirmation received but no update on delivery

I ordered a yellow iPhone XR on the 23rd November as it said they’d be in stock on the 24th I thought I would have had it by now. The upfront cost has been taken from my bank account. I only orders the yellow so I could get it quickly as my current phone is playing up. I’ve tried ringing but can’t get anywhere as my numbers not set up. Can someone please help as I keep posting questions and not getting any response. I really need a phone and I would really like to talk to someone from ID mobile.

Ordered New iPhone12 Payment Decline

I ordered a new iphone12 and set up a direct debit earlier today. I have since been told by my bank that they declined the £99 upfront payment due to security reasons and a block was put on my card. I am now unsure if this order has gone through. Do i need to make another payment? I don’t want to lose out on the Black Friday deal which runs out today.
