upgrade sim only not completing


 

I saw a deal for sim only £15 monthly unlimited data text and call but the payment is not going through

I already choose the plan and need to check out to the make payment but the payment is not going

Hello @Rasidat,

Is this for an upgrade that you’re trying to do from your iD app/account via the Upgrade option?

Or are you trying to purchase a brand new SIM-only deal?

 

What payment are you being asked for? as this shouldn’t be required if you’re ugrading to a SIM-only deal form your iD account.

Make sure you’re logged in and clicking Upgrade
