Registration problems & Number transfer

Just switched to iD and need to register so I can transfer my old number (I have my PAC). My new phone is still operating on my old number. When I enter my old number on the registration page an error message comes up as presumably it isn't recognised. When I enter my new iD number I'm told a text has been sent with a security code but obviously I can't receive it as my phone is still on my old number. No agents available for online chats. Can anybody help me stop going round in circles?

Have upgraded my plan, my new sim isnt working, do i need to activate it?

I upgraded from a sim only deal to a 24 month handset contract, when my new sim arrived it wasnt working, do I need to activate the sim before i can use it?

Capped limit - Incorrect data allowance text

I’ve received a text from ID telling me I’ve reached my capped limit on my bill and as such I don’t have sny remaining data allowance. I’ve checked both in the app and in the webpage and in both places it says I still have 1.2Gb, and my expected bill is still on my normal monthly rate, how is that possible?

Sim in a new phone

Hi I have put my SIM into a new phone (same model as before, old one's screen was smashed), and it is asking me for a SIM password. How do I get hold of this - I've tried 0000 and 1234, but no joy. Thanks Rob

Wifi Calling not working on LG G6

Hello, I'm currrently an ID Mobile customer and recently was made aware that my phone is not on the supported list for wifi calling. Can you confirm if/when the LG G6 will be supported? Thank you.

Charged for setting up contract?

I just got an iD sim only contract, and the people at the store needed to check my card was working to set up the account. Turns out the system wasn't working correctly and they had to repeat this several times. I now have 5 £1 charges on my account for that, when they told me this would incur in no cost. Anyone knows anything about this? Thanks.

Incorrect data allowance?

Hi I have a plan with 10gb dat. In iD mobile app, however, I see only 3.9 GB plus 90MB add-on. Is this a mistake? Failed Credit Check

Recently I have wanted to upgrade to a new phone with ID mobile however my credit check has failed. How can I prove that I am capable of paying the phone and I have never missed a bill (even if that means showing payment proof from the prior company I plan to leave which is O2)?

ID charged for calling them

I was in the process of using keep my number and also called ID for another issue. They charged me for the phone call saying I did not use an ID phone however I was calling from one, and they charged me on an ID account so how can they both claim that I was not using an ID phone but charge me on my ID account? I do not want to pay for calling my own service provider, I tried to call customer service who were very poor in helping me. Any advice would be welcome, thanks in advance.

Roaming - no data allowed

I think my number hasn't been ported properly. I'm roaming, and calls and texts work OK, but I can't access the internet, or any apps. I get a message that I have no data plan. Help, please! Thanks. Andy

No network connection

Last weekend and this weekend, my phone has switched to 'Emergency calls only', showing no network connection. Calling through the Wi-Fi is also unavailable. Last weekend, taking out the sim card, blowing it and putting it back seemed to solve the problem but I've tried that twice today and it hasn't helped. Online chat is supposed to be available now but isn't (which is a disgrace). Can anyone help please?

New iD Mobile Nokia doesn't make phone calls...tried for 6 months and no luck!!!!

I have had 3 replacement phones and SIM cards and it worked occasionally, but now won't connect to IDmobile at all. I've been using an old phone to keep me going but very unimpressed by IDMobile and carphonewarehouse not sorting out this problem and not refunding me for not being able to use the phone. I have been back to the shop about a dozen times. Is this a general IDmobile or Nokia issue and should we avoid these brands?

Appalling service

Coverage problems

I only received my phone on Monday, this is day four of being with the id network and I am now on my second day off bad coverage and emergency calls only. I have turned the phone off and on, I have moved around but there is no network, the coverage for the area I am in says very good on your website. It says there were issues but sorted now but this is the second day of bad coverage? Natalie

Problem With Payment Verification

just tried to make a sim only purchase but when I get to screen for ‘1p’ and card verification I can enter all card details in the boxes [b]except[/b] for the final two boxes asking for the month and year of issue for card, these two boxes refuse to allow details to be entered. As a consequence my Visa/debit payment is refused, having attempted several times to enter details, which I know to be correct my payment is repeatedly refused. I can see From a recent post other people have the same problem. It appears there may be a technical problem with verification page. Can you please advise on the problem? thank you Martin
