How do you change the name on your id account and change the direct debit account

Is there a way to change the name on your id account and change the direct debit account to another name and direct debit or do you need to create a new account?

Appalling service

I have had nothing but trouble since the moment I joined ID . Less than helpful service and no resolve or response to my issues. I cannot access my dashboard as my ported number has not been updated in two months

Coverage problems

I only received my phone on Monday, this is day four of being with the id network and I am now on my second day off bad coverage and emergency calls only. I have turned the phone off and on, I have moved around but there is no network, the coverage for the area I am in says very good on your website. It says there were issues but sorted now but this is the second day of bad coverage? Natalie

Problem With Payment Verification

just tried to make a sim only purchase but when I get to screen for ‘1p’ and card verification I can enter all card details in the boxes [b]except[/b] for the final two boxes asking for the month and year of issue for card, these two boxes refuse to allow details to be entered. As a consequence my Visa/debit payment is refused, having attempted several times to enter details, which I know to be correct my payment is repeatedly refused. I can see From a recent post other people have the same problem. It appears there may be a technical problem with verification page. Can you please advise on the problem? thank you Martin

Right i have an account with a phone on but i dont have access to the phones sim so i cant get texts but i need to get into my account but have forgotton the username and passsword and i need to cancel my plan as the direct debt has been cancelled anyway

Replacement sim not working

Hi I got a replacement sim for my daughter as her phone had been lost/stolen so her old one was cancelled. I used live chat yesterday to get the sim activated but it’s still not activated. How long does it normally take? Also will she still have the same phone number when it is activated?

No Services

Since yesterday evening my ID services keeps going on and off!! I have switched my phone off and back on multiple time and removed my sim and put it back in my phone twice!! Could someone please tell me how to sort this issue, thanks

WiFi calling?

I have a Samsung S7 Edge and I get a very poor signal in doors where I work, even though the coverage checker says 'excellent'. Is WiFi calling available for my device and if not - when will it be? Also, if it is not is there a way to use the Three mobile app to activate it seeing as how iD is owned by Three?

How to cancel call forwarding?

Idmobile is the most complex provider I have ever used for getting settings and 4g data. Does anyone know how to cancel ALL call forwarding to voicemail which I have managed to turn off? So far in the north east of England non of us has managed to get a 4G data connection only H+ The call centre girl said search for the ID network but there is no network called that as they use the 3 network, bit worrying when staff don't know that. Is the call center in India anybody know?

Porting Issues

Provided my pac code on Wednesday last week and my number appears to work with my new ID mobile however, my original number now works on two networks the other being Plusnet. It means I need two phones now as calls and texts can appear on both !!! Can anybody help please?

I recently moved house and am recovering I signal on my phone which is on a sim only contract. I moved in the same area and was wondering why this happened? Is there something I can do to boost my signal and at the moment I have ‘no service’.

I have upgraded my phone and gone from roll over to monthly I was sent a new sim and advised to use this as my service would be better, I activated the sim on my mobile app and it’s still saying no service?

Data Roaming not working in Reunion

Hi I am currently in Reunion where data should be included as part of my package. Whenever I try to use the internet I get a message saying the mobile network could not be activated. I have seen other posts where people are told to change their API settings, but I cannot access these on my iPhone 6s!? Can anyone help? Free data roll over - Three Lions Add-On

I had free data rolled over (450mb) this month which was added to my new monthly allowance (250mb) to give a total of 700mb. I have used almost 300mb and my ID appreciate shows that I still have over 400mb left. However received a text today informing me that I had now used over 80 percent of my allowance. The rollover was from data given free as a World Cup promotion. Can I ignore the text and reply on the balances showing on the app to ensure that I don't get billed for additional usage?

Roaming Issue's in Spain

I set my roaming option on before I went to Spain then after speaking to customer service went through the reset of APN settings various times. It didn't work the 1st or 10th time. This impacted on my work as it made it really difficult to check emails. I could only use wifi hotspots and there weren't many where we were staying. I am curious to know that this issue only happened with ID. I have been going to the same place in Spain for years and never had a problem with other providers.
