I received an email from curry’s that my order will come tomorrow however I haven’t received a confirmation email from id mobile. Is this fine?

Can't hear voicemail messages

When someone has left me a voicemail, I can't hear the actual message. The automated voice gives me all the details, time of call etc. Then the message is blank and then moves straight to if you would like to hear this message again. It's not that the person is not leaving me a message because I have left myself a message from another phone and it can't be heard. After 1 second it moves on to would you like to hear this message again.  Any tips or ideas on what could be wrong?

Direct Debit Being Taken Early

Hi All,This is maiy aimed at ID Support but my Direct Debit date is set to 27th each month according to the app but it is consistently taken around the 18th instead. Any suggestions?Thanks,Phil

EU roaming fair usage

I am thinking about buying an iD Pay Monthly SIM on a 30 days rolling contract for travelling in France and Spain this summer. I was looking at the £20/month option with unlimited data, but wondered whether this has a fair usage policy - i.e. if I used for example 20GB I would begin incurring extra charges.

data allowance full and phone says i have no wifi .

the phone is on 5gb max allowance and will not let me have a wifi connection .. i have upgraded my simm only account and also added more data on an add on but still not giving me wifi

Unable to receive text messages

I am no longer able to receive text messages from various networks including Giff Gaff but can receive messages from some networks including EE. I was receiving them fine from everybody until around 6 days ago.  I have tried clearing the cache and data and taking my SIM card out and restarting but nothing is coming through. Please can you advise. Thank you.

How can I unlock my old iPhone?

hotspot

For some reason everytime I try connect through my hotspot it doesn’t work? It doesn’t allow other phones to connect to my hotspot and if trying to connect my tv, it still doesn’t work.

Unusable Data

Hello, I have been stuck in a loop with ID mobile customer service, I have had no issues with them for over a year but in the past month my data has been so slow it is unusable almost every call I make drops, the live chat have agreed that there is no service at my home but they keep saying they will contact me by phone and have even said that they have tried to contact me by phone or email which is not true. I just need help it is getting very frustrating.

I have been charged twice for my phone bill

Hi there  I have a issue with my phone bill, I have been charged twice for my phone bill. I paid my phone bill on the 14th of may as I had to request a new bank card so I paid the total bill with my other bank account. However I have went into my bank and seen that I have been charged again  I do have screenshots of these said transaction. How would this be resolved  thanks

internet issue

Hi I have had my new phone for a little over a month and my Internet hardly works when not connected to wifi  my sister has the same network and we can be sitting together hers works and mine doesn’t  can you help with this issue is it a setting or something. ?  Thanks connie

Not able to make calls!

Hi I realise that this is probably a temporary problem which will be resolved soon. But I was trying to vote in the Eurovision semifinals and so it's now too late for that. I wouldn't mention it as I don't like to moan, but it's not the first time this has happened and what if I was in an emergency?? I live on my own and I don't have a landline, so if I was in danger or even just needed to call a taxi - it's not acceptable to feel vulnerable and not able to rely on my phone. It's not a credit issue - I am supposed to have unlimited calls on my package and I've just logged in to the app and seems as it should be, but when I try to call it says that I don't have enough credit to make the call and to top up. As I said it's happened before and after a while it resolves but I really wish I could rely on my phone.And is there any thing I could do to prevent/ resolve this myself!?  Thanks for your help Amy :)

why have i been charged extra for vat

I recently upgraded my phone and agreed to a £42.99 contract. For this month, I have an extra charge which says it's for vat at 20%. I have no extra charges on the breakdown on my bill so can you please tell me why this is?

Cancel the Cancellation

My plan has been put on notice for cancellation.  I'd like to cancel this previous request as I am having a change of mind and might look to upgrade or change / renew the old existing plan which completed compulsory contract in February.

Phone number problems when I send text messages

Hi, what can I do to stop this from happening? When I send text messages to other people it appears that I am sending with a different number, most of the time no one answers me because they do not recognize the phone number, and if they try to call back that number the exchange says does not exist the number.When another person calls, the number appears correctly.Thank you

Can't login, don't know the number, need to cancel.

I also wish to cancel my contact. I have apparently been paying for this for a while now however have never used it. I have my account number however I am unsure what my phone number was as I, again, have never used it and forgot about it for a while. However after having cancelling the payments I am now told that doesn’t stop the plan. I have tried using the Live Chat however this does not work. Needs done ASAP please.

Order

Hello i jVe just placed an order for a contract and realised that i have selected the wrong account for the direct debit. I have tried to contact but the lines are closed. Contacted through Facebook messenger who said he has cancelled the order but when asked for confirmation of the cancellation he cant send an email or text message. And said to use the Facebook chat as official proof of it being cancelled.and to reorderAnd then 5 minutes later i recieve an email accepting my order. But i havent and dont want to reorder until i have proof of the cancellation first.
