Roaming Issue's in Spain

I set my roaming option on before I went to Spain then after speaking to customer service went through the reset of APN settings various times. It didn't work the 1st or 10th time. This impacted on my work as it made it really difficult to check emails. I could only use wifi hotspots and there weren't many where we were staying. I am curious to know that this issue only happened with ID. I have been going to the same place in Spain for years and never had a problem with other providers.

Being told my details are incorrect - can't access my account

I've been an ID customer for a few days now and I have to say, I feel like I'm running round in circles. When I try to access my account, I'm getting a message that my details are incorrect. I've checked my username and it is correct. So it must be my password. So here's where the problems start. When I choose the incorrect password option, I'm asked for my number, last name, username and date of birth. But when I ebter these, I get a message that some of the details are incorrect. I've been trying now for 3 days and its getting to the point where I'm getting really angry about it. Throughout my sign up period, I've had quite a few emails from ID. But none of them include a telephone number. I had to get the number by ringing my wife.. I need to get my old number transferred but its impossible at this rate. What can I do about this?

problems joining

I'm trying to join iD by buying a sim-only contract. I get through the whole process, past the credit check and direct debit screens to the 1p payment - I've tried 5 times now, 2 different cards. It always says "error taking payment" and puts me back to the direct debit stage. When I check my banking app, there is now 4 attempts to take 1p in the "pending transactions" so the details are correct. No idea what to try next.

No service at home

Hi, at home I receive no service so I am unable to make calls and text. Network coverage for my post code says we receive good service. Is there anything I can do to improve service? I am thinking about changing network but not sure it will help. Very frustrating

Keep my number

I am an existing customer and have upgraded my phone. I received my new phone on Monday and went on the app to keep my number. It is now Thursday and my new phone has still not connected.

Sim card "invalid"

Hi, This all started today over a period of half an hour. I get a call from a number I have never known, they claim too have gotten a missed call from me, however in my call history on my iPhone I can see I did NOT call this number. This "scenario" repeats itself 4 more times. My Phone then gives me a message "Sim card invalid" and now whenever I put the sim card into the phone it claims there is no Sim inserted. I do not know if these two incidents are related, they happened at the same time. I DID NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY PHONE OR THE SETTINGS ON MY PHONE PRIOR TO THE PROBLEMS, NOR DID I CHANGE ANY SETTINGS IN MY iD ACCOUNT. Any help would be much appreciated as I now cannot send/receive texts and send/receive calls. Also there is no change in the iD app telling me something is not working correctly. Upgrade and site Issues

So I'm allowed to upgrade my phone but the site doesn't appear to be letting me, I go through the whole process of selecting a phone, a plan, accepting conditions, then when I enter my card details at the end it refreshes straight back to square one. No error messages or anything. I spoke to someone on live chat and she told me it was because I wasn't using google chrome as my browser, so I then went and downloaded it only for the exact same thing to happen again. I went on live chat and spoke to a different person who said they'd all of a sudden been informed of a problem on the site in the minute that I spoke to her. Is there actually a problem with the site or am I being fobbed off here?

Unable to adjust APN settings

I followed the thread for unable to access data roaming and followed the instructions to reset the APN. I have an IPhone 6Splus and it does not allow me to access or change the APN. I am unable to use my phone and it is for work. Regretting transferring from Virgin at this time and NO CUSTOMER SERVICES please help as I’m loosing money now

Thailand possible sim / possible account issue

I'm in Thailand on holiday and have got a local SIM for most use, but need to get texts on my ID for verification etc. I've done this before with other providers no issue so didn't think there'd be any problems.I've got both SIMs in the phone. Local one is fine but the ID one seems to not even turn on correctly, never mind get network. I tried switching the slots each SIM was in, tried without the local SIM, tried rebooting etc.So now I guess either my ID SIM is corrupt, or there's an issue with my account that means the SIM won't even try. I read here it might need a higher rate cap set than I usually have, which I think is only £10.However, I can't get into my account to check because I had to update the app and now need to get a text to my ID to verify, and also can't try the website directly as it's blocked from Thailand!Any ideas or am I just stuck unable to get any verification texts until I get home?

Sold unlimited data but only got 25gb

Negotiated upgrade in which I was told they would add a rolling unlimited data add on after I'd selected a standard upgrade of 25gb. Seems the unlimited data upgrade was not added on despite this promise.

Help!!!

My old iphone SE with Id mobile needed upgrading so I bought an iphone 14 again with id mobile. This was 3 months ago. I unfortunately found out that id to id porting isn’t possible. I want to keep my number. I couldn’t use my 14 with the wrong number so with my SE I changed to Labara with my preferred telephone number and have continued to use the SE but now I want to leave Labara taking back my number but porting it the 14. Is this possible? Thanks for your time.

big issue with signal and network

Hi, i have been with ID mobile 3 months now and the signal and network is awful. I work in a variety of locations and was previously with o2 and never had a problem. I’ve tried a different handset, and all the necessary troubleshooting tips and still have the same issue. What are my rights can I cancel the contract as it’s not fit for purpose?

why services are not working? no internet/can't make calls

 I cannot use mobile internet, make calls or send texts. Culprit being i have no credit, but i bought a £15 pack 16 days ago. I can receive calls and texts. And the frustrating thing is the pack will expire in 11 days and i will waste £15 for services not working. I believe the recent change made to PAYG users finally being able to use APP instead of web browser to manage their account, buy credit etc. has messed everything up. WHAT IS GOING ON?

no phone number with the SIM

Hello there, I signed up for a new monthly contract via Carphone warehouse. I received the phone and the SIM card in a green envelope but there is no phone number included in the envelope. How do I find out the phone number associated with the IMEI? Without it I’m unable to activate the SIM or sign up for the id mobile website. There was no invoice in the package and the phone number is not on the correspondence from Currys or ID mobile. I did receive confirmation of the direct debit set-up. Thanks.
