Sold unlimited data but only got 25gb


Negotiated upgrade in which I was told they would add a rolling unlimited data add on after I'd selected a standard upgrade of 25gb. Seems the unlimited data upgrade was not added on despite this promise.

Welcome to the Community!

Can you see the add-on under your add-ons?

The unlimited add-on won’t show on your inclusive data as it would usually start once your data has finished.

However if you believe that it hasn’t been added to your plan, please let us know.

No it's not visible in the add ons section either.
