Hi, 

 

I am trying to transfer my number from my old provider, I have the PAC code and all other information entered is correct and keeps saying the information provided is not correct. How can I update my number to my old providers number? Many thanks

You can use online iD Live Chat to submit your PAC, @Mary 11

After starting your chat, type “talk to a person” to get in-touch with an iD adviser. 

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - the chatbot works 24/7.
