Cancel the Cancellation

My plan has been put on notice for cancellation.  I'd like to cancel this previous request as I am having a change of mind and might look to upgrade or change / renew the old existing plan which completed compulsory contract in February.

Phone number problems when I send text messages

Hi, what can I do to stop this from happening? When I send text messages to other people it appears that I am sending with a different number, most of the time no one answers me because they do not recognize the phone number, and if they try to call back that number the exchange says does not exist the number.When another person calls, the number appears correctly.Thank you

Can't login, don't know the number, need to cancel.

I also wish to cancel my contact. I have apparently been paying for this for a while now however have never used it. I have my account number however I am unsure what my phone number was as I, again, have never used it and forgot about it for a while. However after having cancelling the payments I am now told that doesn’t stop the plan. I have tried using the Live Chat however this does not work. Needs done ASAP please.

Order

Hello i jVe just placed an order for a contract and realised that i have selected the wrong account for the direct debit. I have tried to contact but the lines are closed. Contacted through Facebook messenger who said he has cancelled the order but when asked for confirmation of the cancellation he cant send an email or text message. And said to use the Facebook chat as official proof of it being cancelled.and to reorderAnd then 5 minutes later i recieve an email accepting my order. But i havent and dont want to reorder until i have proof of the cancellation first.

Hi there, I was gifted an Apple Watch 5 and have an existing contract (quite new) with iD. Can I get my Apple Watch  synched up to my existing contract so I can use cellular/ call functionality without having to take my phone? Thanks :-)

Switching To iD Mobile Using A PAC

I am trying to switch to iD Mobile using a PAC.  When I do so I get the following error message: We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.  I believe all the details are correct, so I do not know why I am receiving this message or how to proceed.  Could it be that my current network has provided an incorrect PAC and if so how can I check?

How do I get a refund when my bill has been paid twice

I logged into my account on the 10th Mayand saw that my account was in the red although I have a direct debit. I thought something wrong had happened to my DD so paid the outstanding balance, only to find out today on my bank account that the DD was taken at the same time. I would like a refund  for the amount extra paid please

fraud

Hi I need to speak to someone urgently. My friend messaged me (text) and it's coming up not from their number. Try and call that number and it says number not recognised. Call real number and it works but text is coming up as a different number and you can't call it. Both on ID mobile, concerned it's hacked and which one of us.

imessage not workitn after joining

I have swapped my number from my old sim to my new ID mobile sim and when I send iMessages it’s sending from my email account instead of my number and not letting me select my number when I go to settings it’s just loading I have tried turning phone on and off and tried logging out of Apple ID what else can I do ?

Please can you call me asap, I logged in to find my bill unpaid and it said make a payment so I did, then 2 days later my direct debit came out anyway, I’m now £34 down plus I’m now over my overdraft being charged £12 per day because of this, I need it resolved asap!!!!! Thankyou

I need help to report identify fraud

I have received a letter from ID Mobile titled ‘Final Demand Notice’ asking for payment for a phone contract that I have not taken out. I have reported this to Action Fraud however would like to confirm the fraud with ID Mobile to ensure that I do not receive any further payment notices.

£100 Currys Voucher Not Received

Hi there, I’ve posted about this before and had a response from another community member saying that they received their voucher 2 weeks after their purchase. It’s now been almost 4 weeks since I placed my order and have yet to either receive the voucher or hear anything about it.I tried using the live chat yesterday to find out what was happening, but was told that there was no record of the voucher against my account and that I should contact Currys directly. Even though I doubted contacting Currys would help (why would it? I bought the phone direct from ID Mobile!), I tried their live chat and seemed like I was just getting automated  bot responses so didn’t get anywhere there either.I’ve since tried another private message under my account on here so am waiting to hear anything, but if any ID Mobile employee reads this thread, then can you please let me know what’s going on with the voucher? Seems to be impossible just to send an email and get an answer…

I have PUK code but can't get the change over to work

I have a PUK from Vodaphone. I joined IDMobile in Feb scheduling the change over end April. When I try to do the change some data in the screen to make the swap is apparently wrong. I can’t see any error. Name, phone number (entered twice as I am keeping it) Purchase order number and PUK are ALL CORRECT. All I get is a message that something is wrong, check it and try again. I have done so. I even typed it all in to avoid any automation autofill errors or cut n paste problems. It simply does not work. I am stuck. No help line. If I can’t get an answer will cancel my contract (its a rolling monthly) and stay with Vodaphone. This is very annoying.

i upgraded my contract and new charges were not made clear.

So in March I upgraded my contract at the beginning of March, i made a payment to cover my bill up to the time of change. This bill didn’t appear on my account until late April, so I assumed that payment i made would cover my first bill of my new contract. Then 2 new charges appeared due to my contract change without warning, which I hadn’t budget myself for. Now I owe a double payment that I can’t afford until next payday and my services have been deactivated. This bill will be paid as and when I have the funds at the end of the month. Is there anychance i can have my services reactivate until then? I need my data for work and travelling. I don’t think this is unreasonable considering there was no warning of the extra charges when I upgraded.  thanks

I have recently asked for an upgrade and received an email saying that they are processing it. At the time the handset was out of stock until 5th May. It’s now past the 5th May and I’ve not heard anything back about my Upgrade. Can you help please?

upgrade

I've been a customer with ID mobile on a sim only for 3 months now and was told if I can show I can pay the bill for 3 months I can get a handset, I've paid every bill and my app still says I'm not able to upgrade how do I go about this?

delivery has been returned to sender

My delivery of my mobile has been sent back to curry’s due to two unsuccessful delivery attempts. Both yourselves and curry’s advise me to contact DPD. DPD have sent back the phone to curry’s on the 26th of April and I haven’t heard from anybody since and trying to get an answer or find where my order is is proving very difficult. Can somebody help ASAP
