how to using roaming data without limits

I travel a lot for work, my account cap is £25 I was recently stuck in Colombia without phone access because my max billing has reacher its cap. What can I do as I am about to travel to USA and my months billing is not complete, so cap is maxed. I heard cap is linked to credit score, but I have a very high credit rating.

Customer Services?...

It’s clearly time to tell the world that ID Mobile has THE worst after sales/customer services in the business. I can’t log into my account. I can’t get hold of ANYone to help me. The web site is just a series of circuitous, unconnected trips through randomly posted questions without useful answers. What misnathrope came up with this and why is it not common knowledge?

Cancel deceased’s account

Spent almost an hour with online agent trying to cancel account. Told to forward death certificate to document@idmobile.Co.U.K. these emails are returned as no such address ?

Being charged after cancellation

I cancelled and ported my number to another provided after my contract had ended, I was charged a small amount after cancellation but then have had direct debit payments taken out.  I am due some overpayments back and would rather have it transferred back from ID than have to claim through direct debit reclaim. Is there anyone that can organise that??

How can I find details about my 2nd phone - my account only shows my main phone?

I have a main phone that I use, and a second phone that my son uses, as he has to get the bus to school & we need him to be contactable. I have had the phone for about 3 of years now & want to upgrade as the battery life is not so good - but I cannot access any info to do with the phone - when I sign in I only get my account with just the main phone on it. How can I access the details of my other phone so I can get an upgrade?I have a feeling that when I originally registered the phone I used the same email address but for some reason it is a different account, and if I put my email address in the system it just shows me 1 account but not the other.

PAC code not working

I have had trouble transferring my old number over.  I didn’t recieve a transaction number or invoice from ID, nor a welcome to ID mobile email.  I followed other posts here that said to register your contract on ID account and I done that, and having went to ‘keep my number’ my PAC code from 02 is now not working and I am getting an error message from ID saying I have input the wrong information, but I have checked my phone number that I want to keep and PAC code three times now.  I’m lost what to do or try next and need help from ID. ThanksAle

I recently purchased an upgrade via the ID mobile app however I would now like to cancel it as I have just received an email stating that the phone I purchased is now out of stock and won’t arrive for at least 30 days. How do I cancel an upgrade order?

Got a new Iphone 11, with imported number from 3. Iphone keeps saying SMS message not delivered , but does deliver message, but 3 times to my other Android Galaxy S10 phone, also on id. I have tried to reset the number in settings and turn off i message and then turn it back on again, but it will not save the imported number, it keeps defaulting to the number given from id on the sim card. Any ideas or help please.Many thanks.

direct debit

I need some help with my bill and can't find any answers. I have two accounts ,one for me and one for my son. I can't see his as it's on his number. I know how much I am paying for my phone but I have realised that there has been another smaller amount being taken out every month. I don't know what this is for. I thought was for an old account that I had before I upgraded . I tried cancelling the direct debit for this but am now being chased for it . This amount is not appearing on any accounts ,mine or my son's . Can anyone help me please. X

Cancelling contract without access to sim card

Hi, I am trying to cancel my sim contract as I don’t use it anymore. I no longer have access to the sim card and I never created an account on the website, therefore cannot access the live chat features and you have 0 customer support on the phone. I do not want to cancel the direct debit as it will ruin my credit rating. I still have any relevant customer numbers etc from the original contract.Please can someone help me, thank you.

Gift Card with SIM Contract

I bought a SIM and contract in December 2021 with a £25 voucher included. Still haven’t received this voucher. Could you please help to sort this out, please? I’ve been in touch with customer services (several time), sent all of the necessary information (several time), and every time I get a response, its just wait two business days.  Its disappointing, if ID Mobile don’t want fulfil gift cards they shouldn’t offer them.Thanks!

Internet Routing Issue

I don't know why but I am suddenly unable to connect to my mail server using my phone unless I enable a VPN or am on a wifi connection.I have tested from the phone using ping and traceroute and both fail, its not the phone or the email set up as it works via wifi and vpn as mentioned.Email server is cloud105.planethippo.com - I suspect a routing issue from the ID / Three network to this server address - anyone else able to test if they can ping or traceroute using their sim data connection only ( not wifi)TaReg

Unable to make calls, send sms messages or receive mobile data

This appears to have been an issue on the threads before relating to 3 Three mobile services. However, as I am paying yourselves for these services on an ID Mobile Sim card, I need some assistance. Your live chat links do not even work and calling you is either costly or takes far too long and I cannot even make calls (even calling 7777 fails to ring out/connect). In the past month, my phone data has completely stopped working, cannot make/receive calls, send or receive texts, browse internet etc on mobile data. I have put this SIM in another unlocked phone and I get the same results. So it is not the handset. I can put in my friends SIM from another provider and use it just fine when testing. I have checked my account online and I have a bundle active right now with unlimited mins/texts and 4GB of data which is mostly unused (As I cannot even use it due to this issue). This is due to renew next month but I am considering leaving as this is a huge inconvenience to my work and socials.

Tell me a flip phone that works with iD

Hi,I want to buy a SIM-only, old-style flip phone, similar to e.g. Alcatel 2053. But I’m struggling to find 1 that will work on iD, as they are mostly 2G only. I only really want to use it for calls & texts, although given it’s going to have to have 4G on there to get iD, I expect it might have features other than calls & texts, & that’s OK.I know this may be an unusual thing to want to buy, but I’d really appreciate your help in finding a phone that meets my criteria.Little help?Thank you.

Lost SIM and can't remember my account password. How do I restore access?

Around an year ago I bought a SIM+Phone deal for my oldest son. Due to unbeliavable events, he lost his phone and he cannot remember the password to his account. I’d like to restore access to verify if his contract is still in the “promotion” period and eventually take additional steps from there but the recovery password require me to have access to the phone number as well. How can I get access back into the account if I lost the phone/sim?

Can you turn off mobile data on a child’s phone

Hi,Can you turn off mobile data on a teens phone? I’m trying to stop my child using her phone after 10pm on school nights.  I have tried to block her phone with iPhone screen time, but for some reason TikTok & Snapchat doesn’t get restricted (we’ll know glitch with Apple). I can turn off the WiFi, but cannot turn off her mobile data unless I cancel her mobile data on her contract which still has 10 months to run! I don’t have the option of down grading as have a 12 month contract. Any ideas?

temporary suspension of phone contract

I am currently overseas but have not used my UK phone number but am being charged an amount above my monthly rate. Why is this? Additionally, how do I temporarily suspend my phone contract and reactivate it in a few months when I am back in the UK to avoid these extra payments?
