ID applied a default to my credit report when I disputed and delayed paying my final bill

Has anyne had issues with disproportionate credit defaults being applied by ID? I left the service last year, and disputed my final bill (of £15) as ID didn't action my account closure request on time. I paid the bill after two months to avoid hassle, and they subsequently reported a default on my credit file. This is now causing credit issues (mortgage, credit card), huge strain on my family, and affecting my mental health, for the miniscule size and nature of the payment amount.

Security code texts not being received

Day 2 of being with iD and trying to register for an account. Security code does not come throughLive chat said to try again in a few hours over 24 hours ago. No customer service number to ring. I need to registerto PAC my old number and if this is not going to happen than I wll have to cancel my contract.

Pac Code Issue on 2 numbers

I am trying to transfer two numbers from Virgin mobile, they provided me with one PAC for both numbers. The first was accepted by IDMobile but when I came to transfer the second number I got a message saying I’d entered an invalid PAC.I contacted today virgin 3 times and they wont issue me a new pac code as thats the one for my 2 numbers.So now just thinking about cancel my contract with ID as still cooling off period and go to talktalk with 2 numbers as they wont have issued with it.Virgin wont issue 2 seperate paccodes and ID wont accept same paccode for different numbers.Any solution before i cancel new contracts?

No coverage at all at home, Wi-Fi calling does not work, 4G calling does not work, medically vulnerable

I have very recently moved to iD from Vodafone. The coverage showed as good 4G internal. In practice with the exception of two two-hour periods early on there is NO signal in my house, not on 4G or even 3G if I restrict it. My phone (Honor View 10) supports wi-fi and 4G calling but neither of these work either.I am a 71 year old diabetic, medically vulnerable, and require to have phone service. I am unable to continue like this so requested a PAC which I have received, but my account shows that you want to charge me £80+ although my contract was for a rolling monthly. As you are unable to offer me service I regard you as being in breach.Please contact me over this as there is no way of contacting you.

account restricted

I had my services restricted because I had an overdue balance. I paid the amount in full and my services were reinstated very quickly. Fast forward to 7pm and my services have been restricted again. The app says it’s received payment. No available balance due and next bill is due on 27th May. All methods I can see of contacting show that all call centres are closed and now I can’t use my device. I have intermittent Wi-Fi signal available which is allowing me to post this message. How can I get this sorted? Do I need to wait till tomorrow to go through a live chat?

upgraded/activated sim not working 36+ hours later

Hi, I upgraded my sim and my contract has changed with no problems. I received the sim in the post and activated it using the code. It said it might take a few hours to activate, but it is now over 36 hours later and my phone is in emergency calls only mode still. This is really inconvenient for me as I'm waiting on some important phone calls. I've turned my phone on and off, put it in flight mode etc and nothing has helped. Can I have some help please?

I just ordered a phone upgrade through the id mobile app , I had an order number when I ordered it , but haven’t received a confirmation email , not on junk mail and the money hasn’t been taken out my account ordered it a few hours ago don’t want to order another incase it arrives so please can someone help me

Overcharged by ID mobile

I have a monthly phone bill of 39.99 but this month (April) I am being charged £62.35. I have checked my invoice and I have not been charged extra for using data or calling people. And I do not owe any money from previous months. Help?

Not had my refund

I brought a phone back in February that I returned the next day as I was advised by ID mobile it was the best thing to do. They have had the phone back and confirmed this, I waited two weeks for a refund of anything I paid. They said there was a processing issue and it was now fixed and to wait 3-5 working days. I waited longer and contacted again to be told that the person before had not processed it again and was assured that it would work this time. Still no refund. I contacted again and was told the same thing, waited again…. Still no refund. I contacted last week and was told that the financial team would be in contact within 24-48 hours via email. It’s been it’s been over 90 hours and nothing. I need someone to take over this and find out what’s going on as no one seems to know.

Can I request an early bill Pdf ASAP for use as proof of address?

I am moving back in with my parents and have cancelled my contract with my broadband provider. They need evidence of my new address (utility bill), and my mobile contract is the only utility I’m retaining. I need to show a utility bill by their debiting date of 25th April in order to avoid an early termination surcharge of nearly £300. However, my regular ID Mobile bill seems to be issued on the 28th of each month, and I can’t use a previous bill as I’ve only just changed/updated my biling address. Is it possible to request an early bill to be issued as soon as possible/before 25th April? I’d be extremely grateful for any advice on this. Many thanks - Sam

Issue with DD and changing plan

Hi, I want to change my plan. It seems my Direct Debit has been cancelled (a couple of payments bounced I think) I paid all debt on the account. I click on change plan, it says i cant because i have no direct debit set up so i click to set one up but then get a message saying i cant set up a direct debit because I have a balance of £0.00 on the account. Can someone contact me so that I can get a direct debit set up most importantly and then so I can look at what plans I could change to please? Thanks, Zoe

I bought my phone but the first invoice didn't go through I then went through another invoice with a new phone but no one seems to be able to cancel the first invoice so cannot install my Pac code. I have tried currys, carphone warehouse and I'd mobile and no one call help me. I am left with 3 contracts.
