No pin

I am unable to use my sim, i have no clue when the sim only contract even started and I haven't been given any pin in any emails. I also cannot use live chat as the page doesn't work. I don't know what to as I am going to be billed but I can't make calls, text, or use my mobile data.

Data roaming in US

Going to the US (California) in summer and just wondering if I will be able to use my mobile like I would at home with my data, I know some contracts require an additional cost?

Why no answer?

I posted a question re obtaining a PAC code but 24hrs later have still not received an answer. Texting 65075 and live chat are both not working. Can someone please let me know what the situation is.  RegardsRoy

no outgoing calls or texts from a new handset

I have a sim only unlimited deal. After paying off the bill I placed it in a new handset. Blackveiw 4900. Now the bill has cleared on the app but I still get redirected to the payments helpline when I make a call and cannot send texts or use data. The sim is picked up by the handset but the number shows as unknown on settings for the phone and sim. The APN setting are correct for ID. Unfortunately I don't have access to another handset to try the sim in that. I've also tried cleaning the sim and reinserting, a safe mode reboot and a factory reset.

how to change from pay monthly to pay as you go

Hi,   I moved outside UK due to new job and wish to change my ID pay monthly plan to pay as you go since I still want to keep this number and some contact with UK. Can you help me on how to change it? Do I need a new SIM card or just some online operation is OK? Many thanks!   Ruidie

I switched to you guys a few months back and have never had signal where I live despite the signal according to the website is supposed to be "very good" I'm lucky if I get 1 bar anywhere indoors or outdoors?

Iphone network unlock

 I had an iPhone 7 with my initial ID Mobile contract in 2017. I have since upgraded my phone. I wanted to give my old iphone to my son. He has an o2 SIM card, however the phone is apparently locked to ID mobile (according to your website, you locked iphones prior to 2017) How can I unlock the phone to all networks?… I have tried via live chat but they were unable to help, apple say that it’s the mobile networks responsibility to sort, dont know what else to try

Upgrade to "new customer" deals

id Mobile are currently offering 60Gb of data for £10 a month and, according to the terms and conditions the “Promotion is available for new and existing customers.” I am an existing customer on a 30Gb £10 a month 30 day contract and when trying to upgrade my plan via “My Account” I can only upgrade to 40Gb of data, not 60Gb.How can I upgrade to the 60Gb for £10 plan?

Cancelling my sim

I have a plan with ID Mobile, I have now been living in Australia for 3 years and completely forgot about it. I would like to cancel it but not sure where my sim is and have forgot my password to my account, the only way to reset my password is with a text message to my number which I cant access.  My details: Name - ]EDIT]Number - [EDIT] Email - [EDIT] My plan is only for 3.99 per month but as I dont use it and have no use for it i would like to cancel it immediately.  Please can you do so.  Thanks

No service after trying to top up data

I downloaded ID app to add on some data, I then received a text to say my new SIM card was being activated and could take 24 hours (I did not have a new SIM card) my phone lost all service and I haven’t been able to use it for the past two days! Any help appreciated as I can’t speak to anyone at ID!

data roaming in Germany not working

I've tried it earlier today already but there was no option to reply.I'm in Germany just now. With id mobile I get only 2g (no data) when I use o2.de. when I use an EE Sim on the same phone at the same place I get full 4g. I have done everything that was suggested already like turning off the phone for 10 minutes, selecting one manually, data and roaming is enabled on the phone. I have also turned the roaming and international service off and back on in my account. I really think there is a problem somewhere and I would reconsider staying with id mobile if that isn't going to be fixed. The only reason I'm with them is the free data roaming. If that doesn't work I will change to someone else.

Data Roaming Not Working in Germany

I've arrived in Germany. I use a Pixel6. I've enabled data roaming on my phone. But, it's still not working. The iD guidance says to click on a link for APN settings (only "manual settings" address available, but doesn't tell you what to do with that info. I've never had a data roaming issue before. Any help gratefully received as I can't leave my hotel room without this (it's my map & translator)

Out of plan charges on bill are incorrect

My out of plan charges are charging me £4.80 for texts to India; however, none of these texts ever delivered. As such, these should not be charged.  How can I get my money back?

sim card stopped working

I was using my phone as usual and my SIM card has just stopped working and it’s not the phone as I have tried my mothers SIM card in it and it works. I’ve tried everything possible like updating my phone and all of that but it is still not working.

data coverage either slow or none at all

Hi im new to IDI used the check coverage to make sure my area was covered, both for me and at my girlfriends both came up as very goodBut, although my phone shows I've 4g I've absolutely no internet or phone coverage and zero bars, I have a Vodafone mobile which is working perfectly, I even swapped Sims and again the Vodafone SIM is working perfectly in both devices with id having zero coverage no matter what device it is InPlease help

Network Down

About a week or so ago there were some power cuts in my area and I had no signal for 3 days. I considered getting in touch then as I need my phone for work. However the issue fixed itself (I was told a pylon was down).  This week it has been down again, making work very difficult and obviously my personal enjoyment is now non-existent whenever I leave the house. I have friends on the 3 network who have been either refunded or given updates on when the issue will be/was fixed.

Premium text messages not sending, error code "iD - error 0"

 Having checked I have activated the Premium feature on my phone and I have full allowances and a cap that hasn't been exceeded, I still cannot send a text to a competition number. Please advise Thank you very much.
