Overcharged by ID mobile

I have a monthly phone bill of 39.99 but this month (April) I am being charged £62.35. I have checked my invoice and I have not been charged extra for using data or calling people. And I do not owe any money from previous months. Help?

Not had my refund

I brought a phone back in February that I returned the next day as I was advised by ID mobile it was the best thing to do. They have had the phone back and confirmed this, I waited two weeks for a refund of anything I paid. They said there was a processing issue and it was now fixed and to wait 3-5 working days. I waited longer and contacted again to be told that the person before had not processed it again and was assured that it would work this time. Still no refund. I contacted again and was told the same thing, waited again…. Still no refund. I contacted last week and was told that the financial team would be in contact within 24-48 hours via email.  It’s been it’s been over 90 hours and nothing. I need someone to take over this and find out what’s going on as no one seems to know.

Hi there,I recently ordered the iPhone 13 128GB Starlight which was in stock at the time of purchasing, and have since received an email informing me that my order is ‘out of stock’ or on ‘pre-order’ despite payment being taken. Can I request an early bill Pdf ASAP for use as proof of address?

I am moving back in with my parents and have cancelled my contract with my broadband provider. They need evidence of my new address (utility bill), and my mobile contract  is the only utility I’m retaining. I need to show a utility bill by their debiting date of 25th April in order to avoid an early termination surcharge of nearly £300. However, my regular ID Mobile bill seems to be issued on the 28th of each month, and I can’t use a previous bill as I’ve only just changed/updated my biling address. Is it possible to request an early bill to be issued as soon as possible/before 25th April? I’d be extremely grateful for any advice on this. Many thanks - Sam

Issue with DD and changing plan

Hi, I want to change my plan. It seems my Direct Debit has been cancelled (a couple of payments bounced I think) I paid all debt on the account. I click on change plan, it says i cant because i have no direct debit set up so i click to set one up but then get a message saying i cant set up a direct debit because I have a balance of £0.00 on the account. Can someone contact me so that I can get a direct debit set up most importantly and then so I can look at what plans I could change to please? Thanks, Zoe

invoice

I bought my phone but the first invoice didn't go through I then went through another invoice with a new phone but no one seems to be able to cancel the first invoice so cannot install my Pac code. I have tried currys, carphone warehouse and I'd mobile and no one call help me. I am left with 3 contracts.

Can't use my SIM in EU

Hi,I’ve switched to ID Mobile almost a year ago and since then visited Lithuania and France a few times. My SIM didn’t work, no calls, no messages, no data. Once, my SIM worked immediately after landing in France but for 30min max. I have another upcoming trip so am trying to solve this problem beforehand.I have an android phone, the roaming is switched on, I also tried manually selecting the network provider but with no luck, obviously, restarting the phone too.I have a Pay Monthly plan with 15GB of data and unlimited calls and messages.Please help!Thanks,Katya

5g connectivity after android 12 update

Oppo Find X2 Pro.   HI.  My Oppo updated to Android 12 over the weekend.  I had previously been able to unlock and use 5G with no issue, however after the update my preferred network has gone back to lock the 5G option, so I am back to 4G only. This seems to be a network issue. The old “workaround” to unlock 5G Switch does not seem to fix the issue.  Can anyone help to unlock the 5G network option again on an android 12 Oppo please.  Kind Regards

No service in Durham?

For the past few months, the signal strength in my area has dropped significantly to the point that people are unable to contact me. I have followed advice and tried using 3G but that has made no discernible difference. I have turned on WIFI calling and still I receive no calls. I have checked the coverage checker and for my area it is Very Good but I can tell you it is not. It is so bad now it looks like I will have no option but to leave ID and join another service which is a shame. Any suggestions please?

OTPs not coming through

Since porting 5 days ago I have been unable to receive OTPs. I was promised over 48 hours ago that as this has been escalated to the technical team it would be sorted. This is not the case.The service is not fit for purpose and it seems that I will have to cancel my contract.I see that this is a common problem during porting to iD. Surely they should know how to prevent/rectify the matter.can anyone give me a timescale? Being unable to access my funds/ do a weekly online grocery shop etc etc is absolutely appalling

Help needed with iMessage after porting

I’m having the same trouble as many of you regarding the inability to activate iMessage and FaceTime following porting 2 days ago. I can’t receive OTPs or texts from my bank either. If I don’t get this sorted immediately I’ll have to leave ID as the situation cannot be allowed to continue. I’ve tried all the suggestions on other posts but nothing is working. Does anyone have a magic wand?
