ID Mobile is the worst service ever

I was told my new sim card will be sent last monday, I wanted till this monday till I asked for a replacement sim card, I was told it will be sent via first class.Fast forward to today, I made an agent on chat aware of this and despite the situation I am in, I now asked the chat agent to if I can get it sent to me via a tracked sevice many times and I keep getting told “we can’t send it tracked”. I have been without a sim card for almost 2 weeks now and I am given the options of calling in, however I ported my old number to ID Mobile so I don’t have the option to do that.I absolutely regret my contract with ID Mobile, I wish I had just stayed with EE, because they treat you like a human, while ID Mobile has been treating me like rubbish.

monthly payments

I made an order today for monthly payments but it’s saying my login details are wrong and the upfront cost has left my bank account how am I meant to check if the order fully went through if I can’t access my account.

not receiving otp sms messages on wifi calling

I’m not receiving otps on wifi calling. the phone is working fine and I get texts. it previously worked okay on vodafone wifi calling and did work for a while on id mobile. I use an iphone.

No Sim with new phone

I’m a new customer and received my new phone on Sunday - I sent a PAC code and was supposed to transfer to this network yesterday but I didn’t receive a sim card with the phone. Does this arrive separately?

Issue with receiving calls since bringing my number over from another network.

Old provider cancelled early

My transfer date over to iD Mobile is Friday 10th November, I have just now received a message from Sky my current provider that my account with them has been closed.  I now have no phone until Friday

International Issues

I’ve been in the States for 12 hours and my phone isn’t sending/receiving texts, and the internet isn’t working. The roaming is set-up on both my iPhone and in the ID mobile app. I did have a £25 spend cap but that’s ran out whilst on the phone to ID Mobile trying to fix it, and now I can’t increase the cap any further.  I’m on my own and about to go backpacking in the mountains- this is causing me a huge safety risk and ID Mobile isn’t helping me! Please can someone assist? In 2023 I don’t understand how there can be such an issue with 1. Using a phone abroad and 2. Contacting the carrier for help! :(

Order update

Recently got accepted for the iphone 13 and was abit to small for me so i spoke to a person at carphone wear-house and  returned it today , and ordered my new one its now saying “ has been accepted by the iD Mobile network, however not for the chosen handset and tariff combination that you have ordered. The network would be willing at this time to offer you one of their great sim only packages.” i don’t understand how to go about this , will it arrive ? Will it not ?

Trying to cancel account

NO email. NO phone Number. NO working live chat.I have six sims with ID Mobile and have been a loyal customer for many years even with your lack of 5G coverage for certain 5G phones.I would like to cancel one of my sims but find that every option in the app or on line fails. I am then directed to a live chat that doesnt work. Please resolve this for me as I’m becoming inclined to take my business elsewhere.

text messages not sending

Ever since moving to the network my text messages aren’t sending. When I came to ID mobile I kept my old number but have checked in my settings and the number showing is the number ID mobile originally gave me and not the number I have carried over (my old number) I assume this is the issue but I can’t work out out to change the number to my old one in my settings. Phone calls and iMessages are working just not text messages.

Can't register

Unable to register on either the Android App or Online.  App says number not recognised.  Online says details are incorrect.Not had the ‘welcome’ message, which my wife received immediately she started using the iD SIM.Phone is working, both incoming and outgoing. My ‘old’ number has been ported across from previous provider.Help please

amazon voucher no communication

Amazon voucher. Registered on 17/08/2023 Through Martins Money site. 60 days was 16th October. no communication received. 90 days will be 15th November. Do not want to miss out on the £50 voucher. Please advise.

iphone 7 on 76% battery status ‘service’

I have a standard iPhone 7 model - contract for basic calls txt and 5gb just renewed (again) orig from end 2018 runs now to Sept 2024 Phone works ‘ok’ but noted more frequent charge req’d and discharges quicker. occasional unplanned shut down.Turned all backgrounds AP’s off to preserve life. General tsb for battery notes 76% max but states it’s sufficient to run phone successfully. don’t need any NASA standard gadgets or ‘status symbol’ B/S.  Please some intelligent advice /  thoughts on:replace battery (self or service centre?) OR replace handset for new  is latter possible with 1 off payment or part into contract with monthly fee increase (current only £6!) thanks

Poor network coverage

My network coverage suddenly went down a couple of weeks ago. I'd hoped it would improve by itself but it's not. All my devices are showing - 110dB. My eV charger can no longer find a signal. Help! I'm at OL16.
