I need some help with an upgrade.

Id like to keep the existing contract (and phone) and start another contract with the upgraded phone.

I assume the existing one is now a SIM only as I've had it 2 years .

Hi @Fionaq, I’m not sure I follow, sorry. So, you currently have a phone + SIM plan with us, and you’d just like to upgrade to a new phone, is that it? You don’t want to have two lines?

If so, just head to the Upgrades section of the iD Mobile app or website, and choose the phone and plan you want to upgrade to. Everything will be handled automatically.
