How long to hear back?

Hi,

I've ordered my phone 4 days ago, and I've been charged the upfront cost. However I'm still waiting to hear whether I have passed the credit checks or not. How long does it usually take? Could I get an update on my order?

What have you ordered?
Did you get an email from iD with an order number?

Anyway, messaging in this forum doesn’t happen in real-time, so it could be several days or longer before iD Mobile even read your post.

It’ll be quicker for you to get an answer using iD live chat or send them a private message (PM) using facebook or twitter.

It’s best to contact iD between 9am - 6pm - that way you can chat or PM with a real person.

Hey @LucieG, did you manage to get this sorted? If you haven’t heard anything by now, I’d say it’s fairly safe to assume you’ve not been accepted, but I’d recommend speaking to the Live Chat, Facebook or Twitter teams just in case.
