I been waiting my order check now 2 weeks!!! Its ridiculous! They said in 24 hours should to be answer if not don't be hesitate to contact us, but when I contact them I was asked to have more patience because it will need 5 working days to proceed it...

The phone number that shows when I text or phone someone?

An anyone tell me how to resolve this. I ported over to I’d a month or so back using the pac code I took my number with me from my previous provider. If I phone someone or they call me no problem. But....when I text someone they get the temporal phone number that I got originally with the I’d sim. Therefore anyone that I text doesn’t know it’s me, how can I fix this ?

Upgrade

Dear ID Mobile and Community, I recently called customer service with regards to changing my plan. The sales representative did all the usual stuff and informed me that my plan should be updated. However, my ID app still shows the old plan and it has been more than 24 hours. My question is, how long does it take to update or activate to the new plan? Thanks.

Keeping upgraded phone for christmas

My 13 yr old daugher has an ID mobile.the contract is in my name and she is due for upgrade. I have seen a deal and thinking of ordering it but i want to keep it until xmas as her present. She knows that she is getting it as this was what she asked for, so i dont mind if she gets texts etc. But im worried about the month delay between receiving phone and turning it on and activating it. Will this cause problems for the phone and transferring her number on the day? Can she contine to use her old mobile for the next month? Any advice around best timeframes would be welcome. Thanks in advance

Cannot access my ID account.

My phone was stolen 2 months or so ago, and I requested a new sim. Ive been busy so never got round to activating it. Also, I cannot access my ID account. I try to follow the link from my email address that the invoices are sent to, but it prompts me for a password and email. I attempt with my email address i receive the invoices, but it says that it doesnt exist, which is weird. I tried the email and password recovery, i put in the correct information on the first step, but then it asks for a security code, which i assume is being sent to my unactivated sim. Im stuck and dont know how to proceed. How would i get access to my account. Is it also possible to activate a sim from my account?

Data roaming

I have a IPhone 6 and am unable to access data roaming in France. Apparently it is to do with the APN setting which I am unable to change as ID do not have agreements with the carriers to allow customers to change this manually. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a solution apart from changing phone provider?

I joined ID 3 days ago, I’m within the 14 days cooling period however I want to change to a higher tariff. Do I have to return the phone or ID can just change it? Any advise welcome.

Roaming and Credit

If I have no credit will I be able to answer a call if I am abroad? I shall be outside of the EU roaming area. If I don't answer the call will the caller be able to leave me a voicemail message? Thank you for your help.

Calls texts and roaming

Hi, i am currently in America and I can’t make any calls any texts and roaming isn’t working I spoke to ID on the live chat but what they said didn’t work, and finding it hard to get them on live chat again as the time difference. I have tried everything I just want to cry!!!
