What's the best thing about ID Mobile?

Hi there I've just ordered my new SIM card and am looking forward to changing providers from a certain network beginning with a V and ending in E. I've not used ID Mobile before and was curious what people think of it? Or the worst, that would be useful too. Thanks! Sally

Wi-Fi calling not working

I have recently changed over to ID Mobile and am currently in the process of moving over my number. I am using an existing phone which I used to use on vodafone, all unlocked and working except Wi-Fi calling. It always worked when on vodafone but it is no longer working. Is there a trick I can't find to get to work on ID Mobile? How did any of you activate it? I have a Samsung galaxy S7 edge. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

4g coverage in my home town

I can only 3g in the town centre where I live(Cranbrook Kent). Yet when I move out in rural areas out side the town where the area less populated I get 4g?

Not registered to network

I have just swapped to ID Mobile both my wife and I, and when putting the new SIM cards into the recently unlocked phones, hers works fine but mine won't connect to the network. It keeps coming up with not registered to network and emergency calls only. I have tried my wife's SIM card in my phone and hers does the same thing, I've tried my SIM in her phone and it works, we have identical phones, Samsung s7 edge. I've looked on forums on what to do and tried what I'm able to from there and nothing seems to work. Does anyone else have any ideas?? I know it's not SIM related and is to do with phone but don't know how to fix ... please help

Is using apple pay/wallet safe?

I've always been slightly paranoid about using Apple pay or wallet even though I think it's a great idea. Are there any risks involved in using it? I've heard stories and always think someone will try and hack it or steal money from it using a fraudulent device.

Poor GPS. Please help me improve it

My phones GPS is very poor and often places me in the wrong place on Google maps! Is there an app that will help improve the phones GPS or is it an hardware issue. My phone is a Vernee Mix 2. Thanks in advance.

Any good battery saving tips?

Having trouble with my iPhone 6s, where I can no longer get the battery to last a a full day, and sometimes switches off at around 10%. I've had the phone for quite a few years now, so wanted to know if there was anything i could do to improve the battery life? Or any tricks to just stop it running out so quickly? Thanks!

I have no service

I haven’t had service for two and a half days and counting!! Is anyone else having this problem? Because it seems just to be id because my family had ee and they’re fine but I have no service anywhere! Not in my house, not outside where I usually have it... NOWHERE! Can someone help ASAP!!

Any way to keep apps on SD cards on Android?

I use a Samsung phone with Android 8.1.0. I can move apps to the SD Card, but when the apps get updated they get automatically put back to phone memory. Is there any way to force apps to stay on the SD card even when they are updated, or is this a general issue/feature of Android?

I've heard and seen alot about wireless chargers especially for Samsung, they seem pretty straight forward but are there any down sides? E.g. they use more electricity etc.

Cannot use data sometimes

Sometimes I cannot access the internet using my data it says denied but I have full network coverage and it’s very annoying, any suggestions?
