Transferring PAYG credit from one network to another

is it possible to transfer my mobile phone credit i have left on with my old service provider to ID if i join them

No, I don't think that is possible (I have never heard of it).

I've never heard of being able to do that, I usually just used up the credit on the old one before switching to the new one :)

I would but i have built up nearly £100 thats why i wanted to transfer it over if it was possible but thanks kindly for your reply anyway ...Nigel

If it's with a different service provider they won't let you do this (maybe you could beg but I don't see how any company would allow this as far as they are concerned they have your £100 now). You could keep the sim for that and use the credit with that sim, but if you have a locked phone it'll not work with a differen't network.

Hi @Nigel,

We wouldn't be able to take your credit from the other network I'm afraid! If you contact them though, they might be able to have this refunded to you, given the high amount.
