Hi @Scotsann,

I have moved your post here which should provide further information. At present, you can only view one phone/SIM contract through one log-in, so separate online accounts will need to be created for any other plans.

You can use the App for one line, and then set up another account for the other line with a new email address. This will allow you to view the other account on your web browser by logging into “My Account” (link to My Account here).

Unfortunately that’s not something that we offer still.

We currently only allow one number on one account at the moment.

It is not possible for you to have second number attached to your account. You would need to register your second number by using alternatively email address.
