Trouble transferring over my old number, also cant seem to find live chat.

Obviously new to ID mobile and so far.I’m finding it problematic to get help with some of the most basic issues.Issue 1 -  I have issued my pac number through my account portal, and it seems my old number is no longer recognised which is a problem if someone is trying to get hold of me. I also cant get the Live chat to work at all even if I approval cookies management. Not impressed with the service so far. but any help would be great fully received before I grow frustrated any further and end up cancelling my contract.

Upgrade fair usage for holiday

Hi there, I have a plan that I pay £8 a month for. I’ve checked and the fair usage policy abroad in the EU is 6GB. I am likely to exceed this. Is there a way to upgrade this temporarily for the trip? Thanks!!

Calling jersey

Is it possible to get an add on or some way of allowing my phone to be able to call jersey or Guernsey, seems ridiculous to me that if I'm in Jersey I can call the UK inclusive of the allowance on my account but not the other way around, WHY ?

Just received the phone and sim card, installed sim card but shows no sim installed? but using Vodaphone sim card with no issue.

I have two sim cards. For one card I bought additional data, but now I don't use them. May I back reduce the data or throw them on other sim card? Thank you.

Does your service support call forwarding when my phone is switched off (unreachable)?Do you support the use of the *61* codes to achieve this?

Cancel my sim only contract

I spoke with someone a few months ago to cancel my sim only contract, I have now received a final demand notice of £10.00  I have not used my phone since December last year.

Phone not in stock

I recently orderd a phone but then got an email soon after saying it was out of stock and will arrive in store shortly. I was wondering if there is anyway I can change my order to a phone which you do have in stock or cancel my order.

How do I check porting progress if any?

I am a new iD customer, when I put in my old numer, the one I wish to retain, and my PAC code, I get a message telling me that I have entered a wrong PAC code or mobile number.  How do i get around this? Or is it porting and that is why I cannot action the porting request?

Wifi Calling on Galaxy S9 Plus not automatically swiching on

Hi, Does anyone know if there is a way to force wifi calling on a Galaxy S 9 plus? I currently have to restart the phone for this option while indoors at work where there is no mobile signal and when it connects it works very well. If I leave the wifi network and go outside where there is a weak but usable network signal the phone automatically switches to the mobile network but won`t switch back to wifi calling when it reconnects to the wifi network. Switching wifi calling off and on again doesn't work. The issue is also the same on my home wifi too although I do have a mobile signal there. To make this more anoying my lesser spec Samsung work phone on the Vodaphone network switches seamlessly?

Huawei P30 not charging

Hi I purchased a Huswei P30 three months ago and it will not charge. The phone is immaculate and barely used. Car phone warehouse recommended I return for a diagnostic. Can you help?

Suddenly phone not sending or receiving calls and texts. says not registered to any network. Have turned off and on have taken sim out and put in again rest of family phones ok no problem.

token has expired; I didn’t know a token was needed until I got a message that I had exceeded my mins allocation & was going to be charged 40p/min on an unlimited mins plan. Replacement token please.

Problem with my upgrade order and I've not received any contact

I placed an order via the ID app for my upgrade. Then got an email stating that there was an issue with the order and someone would contact me. No contact been made and I am unable to contact them due to COVID lockdown. Any advice on where To go from here?

changing from monthly contract to sim only

My 24 month contract finishes this month and I want to keep the handset but change to sim only, staying with ID. I bought a sim only from the website, but I don’t think I went through upgrades. The checkout page and the card with the sim i just received in the post both say I can still keep my number (that I brought over from an old network years ago). How can I ensure that I will keep my number? If I can’t, how do I return the sim to buy another through upgrades?

Faulty charger

Hi I had my upgrade a week ago and it obviously came with a brand new charger. The charger hasnt been moved around and only I have used it and it has already stopped working  ? Is there a possibility I could get a new one ? As a week for a genuine apple charger sounds a bit odd ?

used data instead of wifi calling

I was talking to someone at home and I had WiFi calling on. As I was talking to them, it cut out because the system said I was using data.    I need the data back because I was not using it.  2 How can I use data if I’m on a WiFi call?   thanks

I upgraded from a £5/m contract which ran 7th - 6th to a £22.99/m contract on 3rd December. My December bill charged me £25.36. Why is this please? I presumed a credit would show on my Jan statement but it didn’t.

Mid-contract cancellation - VAT deducted?

Hi folks, I need to cancel my contract mid-term. Having read the T&Cs I understand I will have to pay the remaining month's line rental. The T&Cs also state that the the charge will be "[i]less any reduction we make for our avoided costs".[/i] [i]Having read an Ofcom document, they suggest that VAT shouldn't be charged on early termination charges i.e. if you pay £20 per month line rental then you should only be charged £16 per month x for the early termination charge.[/i] Has anyone on here cancelled a contract with ID mid-term and was the early termination charge costed without the VAT? My SIM card

My SIM card isn't working and when me and my dad went into carphone warehouse in marshbarton retail park on Saturday 3 November they said it will take 24hrs for the SIM card to activate it is now late Monday night and I still don't have a signal I know it isn't my location because I have stood in places where it said the SIM had coverage. Please help Yours sincerely jago

Why am I being overcharged for data usage?

I bought a £3 data add on which was used by my just accessing emails, weather and what's app. Bought £5 more, gone in just accessing these in a few hours. I've been robbed of £8 .Does anyone know why this is happening please?

Can’t seem to get into my account on the app I’ve put in the right details and it says they don’t match when they are the same details as before I’ve tried putting my last name in capital letters and also tried with just the first letter of my last name in capital letter still not letting me get in
