FAKE CHINESE PHONE

My dad upgraded his phone a few weeks ago after a sales guy rang him with some deals, the phone came two weeks later as a fake Chinese copy! He boxed it and sent it back to ID and they have sent it back to him today, the exact same phone! What is going on!!!

No data roaming in Iceland

We’ve just been in Reykjavik Iceland for 5 days and took our usual Huawei E5577 mobile data hotspot plus a Gl.Inet Puli but both said no service. We have roaming enabled and have previously used it in the Netherlands without issue in the Huawei. Afaik there’s nothing odd about the frequency bands in Iceland. Does anyone have any suggestions about what might be the issue? Thanks

Issue transferring number via PAC

Requested my PAC, completed the form with all the correct information that I've double checked and form just advises: 'We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you have provided. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.'  I've double checked all the information and nothing is wrong!

New Contract Cancellation

Hi, Yesterday (20/12/2022) I tried to cancel a new pay monthly contract through the online chat service but was only receiving information on a previous contract which I had cancelled on 22/11/2022. I contacted Carphone Warehouse customer service (03701116565) today & spoke to a member of staff & requested to cancel my order which I placed online, but was refused & told I could only cancel within 14 days of purchase. I requested a customer email address so that I could send a copy of my contract with details specifying that I have a 30-day cancellation period but was refused. I provided my order details & had security checks to confirm my order, but was refused to process my refund request for the phone, which has not been opened and so should be able to be returned. I later visited a physical site to sort this out but was also told to either call the number or use the Live Chat as they say they can’t handle online-purchased products. I then reached out to a customer se

phone not getting or making calls

Hi the last week or so my Samsung A32 phone has stopped being able to receive or make calls, I can't even listen to voicemails, it dials and then goes silent, with calls it says 'not registered'. I have updated my phone, restarted it and also got a replacement SIM to no avail. As far as I know none of the settings have changed. Any ideas?

unable to call uk number from canada

I’m in Canada and I’m trying to call the uk but calls won’t connect. I can’t see why this is happening. I have roaming switched on plus international calls on my account. I’ve a cap on my acc. but that’s set at £50. Can’t work it out

I really need some help please! Ive ordered and started a contract with the wrong phone ive ordered the iphone 14 and not the iphone 14 pro MAX!! How do i change this? Can i change this? I want the iphone 14 pro max, in gold, same upfront cost as what i payed but its just a few extra £ a month..what do i need to do

my Phone wont make calls

Hi all, Ive had my Phone a while, all has been well and bills paid etc. But all of a sudden my phone won’t make calls! I’ve checked the cellular data etc, that’s all fine! Very annoying!! Please help!!

I will pay £12+for my phone bill.

I hope someone sees this from admin.  My phon3 is not working.  I can’t log into my account.  I’m out of contract I’ve tried to inform you loads of times.  Your company is a shambles.  You cannot be contacted.  I’ve asked for contact on here loads of times nothing there is no phone number.  Just disgusting.  Tell me how to pay the £12.  So I can get rid of t your service for good

PAC code transfer problems

Hi,I hope you are well.I requested a PAC code to transfer my ID number to my new sim as my contract has ended. I have tried the PAC code for a week now and it would not work. The PAC code expired on the 15/12/22. I have had this number most my life. I am fed up of speaking to bots to get this resolved. I know that you numbers are not recycled for over 90 days and it has only been 1. This issue is due to YOU and I need to keep my old number. Please can a human help me with this?Thank you,Maxine

Where's my upgrade order?

I placed an order upgrade last Thursday (8th). It said next day delivery but I've not received and I'm not worried as such, just annoyed as I work away and have to travel tonight. Not back until Friday. It means I can't set up and use the phone and I'm paying for the contract already when I've not even got it. How do I track the order? Any help is much appreciated.​​​​

My android phone seems to be working OK but at the top left of the screen says ID | No Service. What does this mean and if I need to fix it, how do i do that. Phone is a Samsung A42

Can I ring European numbers whilst roaming in Europe as part of my monthly allowance

If I'm in Europe, can I call European landlines as part of my (500 minutes a month) monthly contract? Or will it be extra?  Mobile numbers too?

Trouble accessing my account

My phone (and everything else I owned) was destroyed in a house fire. I cant log into my ID account because it keeps saying my password is wrong. I cant reset my password because it wants to send a code to my phone, which I don't have. I cant access my email account which it also wants to send a code too because my email account wants to send a code to my phone to confirm it's me. I am so incredibly stressed and I don't know what to do. Please can someone help.

Poor handling of DD cancellations

Cancelled contract then three months later cancelled DD (acknowledged by iD and line cancelled on 25th Sept 2022).  Last DD taken by iDmobile 23rd Sept. Received email from iDmobile on 2nd Dec telling me to reinstate DD. I never did receive a final bill. SIM card used for data only so could not ring 7777. Poor communication from iDmobile throughout the contract. iDmobile are very difficult to deal with. Do you think you should review the automated way that DD cancellations are dealt with?

I ordered a SIM card on 29/11. You said an email would arrie with tracking details. This has not happned and the SIM card has still not arrived. But you have set up a direct debit so I am paying for no service.

showing 4g but phone not working

My phone is showing as having 4g but i can’t send messages/make calls/ do anything essentially. I’ve done everything the online guides suggest to do ie take sim out and clean, toggle wifi on and off, toggle airplane mode on and off etc etc. Nothing has changed on my phone but this has now been happening all week. I don’t have access to wifi at work and therefore can’t use the online chat services. any ideas????
