Trade In confirmed but no payment

I sent my phone off weeks ago, and was confirmed also. However I haven't been sent my trade in value nor have I been sent the £150 trade in bonus for upgrading to s22 ultra. This is beyond ridiculousCarphonr warehouse have been ignoring every single email I have sent to them for over a month.

Already past my upgrade date, an still can't upgrade.

HiAny help would be great, Want to upgrade to an iphone 14, from an iphone 8. My upgrade date has been an gone, an when i try to upgrade it still says wait for this date to upgrade which has already passed.I could cancel my current sim only plan, an just enter a new contract of 24 months but i wanted to keep my old number, so i don’t understand how to do this as i just want to stay with id on same no. an upgrade.Any help appreciated

Why am I being charged my old contract amount?

I upgraded to sim only at £10 a month and a direct debit has appeared on my bank account. However, 6 weeks later I am still being charged £29.49 which was my old contract. Why?

internet service has stopped

I have been travelling in Europe for a while and my internet service has just stopped. I have tried paying for an add-on and increasing my allowances. Neither has given me service. I tried the chat service, but the button never appears for me to actually start chatting, so I’m unable to ask for help.can anyone give me advice?

No Service - several days

hi all,I’m hoping someone is able to help - as per the Title, I have “No Service” on My Huawei P20 Pro. I’ve been with ID for well over 2 years with this phone, and all has been ok until this.I did drop it a few days’ back (in a very shallow puddle), but picked it up straightaway and all seemed to be ok (although I didn’t check network connectivity to ID).Everything works fine from home when connected via Wi-Fi, including Wi-Fi calling etc.What I’ve done:-Mobile Network > Mobile data > Carrier: since ‘auto’ wasn’t working, I set to manual and selected ID from the list - didn’t work. I also cycled through the 4G/3G/2G options to no avail.Mobile Network > APNs > This had never been changed and checked ok against what the ID help page said it should be anyway, but I also tried to create a new APN from scratch just in case, and tried that - didn’t work.Phone on and off - didn’t workPhone off - SIM out - left for half an hour - SIM back in - didn’t work. Tried this again after g

My phone is saying not connected to a network. I received a message saying a new sim was being activated. I never requested a new sim. I've tried taking sim out and putting it back in, switched off phone etc. I can't find a number to contact ID mobile.

Locked out of ID Mobile account

I have been trying to log into my account on the website, but my password is rejected every time. It’s possible I’ve misremembered it, but when I try to change my password by entering my ID Mobile phone number, last name and year of birth it tells me “something wasn’t quite right”. Needless to say I’m 100% sure all those details are correct, and yes I am ticking the “I’m not a robot” box.Since there’s no way I can log into my account, how can I get access to my account back ASAP?

I ordered a new phone which I think was expected in stock in December. I’ve just looked at my billing and I’m already being charged for it. How is this possible when I don’t even have the phone yet? Still in the cooling off period, am I best just cancelling and going elsewhere as seems impossible to talk to someone about it?

Hi I had the iPhone 11 and my contact was finishing on the 26th of this month I upgraded my phone to the 14 I was going my iPhone 11 to a family member but when they put a sim in it doesn’t come up with the network?
