No signal - EE mast Issues locally

Hi, my local mast was switched off on 9th November. They have installed a temporary one but I have had no signal since. I'm not getting calls (school haven't been able to get through to me) and texts are arriving hours late. Every app and online payment seems to require a verification text which isn't coming through. I can't even get into the ID mobile app because of this.Local objections are causing delays with the new mast. What are my options? I'm paying for a service which might not be useable for some time. Thanks

When does the Refer a Friend Reward arrive

I received an email on the 17 August 22 to say I have earnt a reward as long as the first 2 bills were successfully paid.  I have now paid 3 bills and wondered how do I get my reward? Has this been forgotten?

About early upgrades

If I am eligible for early upgrade, but still have 1 month remaining on my current contract. What happens if I upgrade? Will I pay a final payment for my old contract and go onto a new contract? Will the remaining bill be put on the newest contract? Will the remaining money just be written off? I apologise if this is a dumb question I've never been on a phone contract before so this is my first which is now ready for upgrade.

My number hasn't ported over yet

Hi.i ported to ID 10 days ago after being with vodafone for 25 years and so far it has been the worst thing I did.  Firstly porting went a bit wrong. It apparently happened but vodafone did not automatically go off. They said it didnt happen, ID said it did. ID assured me all was well so I spoke to vodafone and they manually disconnected it.. Since porting I am unable to receive ANY calls or SMS messages. IMessage wont verify or activate The phone will not store my location.Id sent me a 2nd SIM and still the same issue. I have tried every fix on the phone including trying another phone.  the matter has been escalated twice to technical and I was assured I would be emailed (as nothing else works!) updates. To date I have heard nothing and still have a non working phone.i am convinced the problem arose around the number not porting correctly. Please someone help me. I need a working phone. Paying ID for this service is a joke.

Very high data consuption

Hi, I am a new customer to ID mobile. Just for curiosity I wanted to check the internet speed when using ID mobile network (three network). It was a very fast with 5G however, it consumed nearly 1GB of data. I used speedtest.net and fast.com to do that and twice I have lost about 1GB of my data allowance. Do you know why something like this happened?My phone: Motorola moto g50Many Thanks for help.

Can't access bills, allowances or any other details since February '21

I had a contract with iD about 18 months ago, switched to a SIM only contract with a different provider, and have since come back to iD for the last few months with a new phone. Same number, same login details, everything. However when I log into the website it tells me there's an error displaying my bill, how many minutes, texts and data I have left, basically anything related to my account except for the phone number displays an error. When I log into the app it tells me there's "No valid content to display" and won't go any further. I have no idea when my data renews in the month, or how much my bill coming out is, nothing.

does ID provide equivalent service to Three in terms of available lte bands, prioritising when congestion occurs?

Hi there.I would like to setup our home interned using a router and directional antenna (with carrier aggregation) pointing at a three mast that has band 1 and 20 available.  ​​​​ID is cheaper than Three so obviously it would make sense to go with it.However I am just wondering, does ID provide equivalent service to Three meaning, all bands that three uses are available to ID on the very same mast or ID doesn't have full access to the infrastructure?Does Three prioritising it's own customers over ID when congestion occurs? Is there any internet speed throttling on ID? Related to data usage or period? THank you.

Unable to Blacklist Phone

I lost my phone about a month ago and have been on the live chat every free moment I have to get the blacklisting sorted. After talking to multiple customer service representatives I was told that the phone was not connected to the account and could not be blacklisted. If this was a smaller amount I would just forget about it but it is £550. I just want this sorted.

Fair Usage Policy with registered business in the UK

Hi, I would like to purchase a SIM only deal for my business phone. My business is registered in the UK and Id primarily use my phone to call UK mobile and landline telephone numbers. I do not reside in the UK however and visit the UK maybe once or twice a year. Would the Fair Usage Policy limit my abaility to use my data in Europe? Thanks,Akos

New Accounts Not recognised

I have opened two new different accounts simultaneously yesterday, with different e-mail addresses as required. (I already have another IDmobile account that works fine)problem 1: the sims arrived in the same delivery and i cannot work out which belongs to which accountproblem 2: the new accounts cannot be accessed in any way - I cannot login using correct details and both recovery options for account and password do not work (not that I should need to recover them!)I had already logged out of the original account, btw. I have tried website and app - nothing works - an hour gone already!  😠

id sim wont work in nokia 105 (4th edition)

HiI’ve bought a Nokia 105 for my son to use. It is a 4th edition and according to the seller (Amazon) it is a 3G phone.  When I put the ID sim in it it says ‘emergency calls only’ and also won’t send texts etc  When I put an EE sim in it worked fine so I know the phone is ok. And when I put it the ID sim in my iPhone it worked fine so I know the sim is ok I was led to believe the ID sim would be fine in any 3G phone. Can anyone confirm this? I’ve attached a screenshot off Amazon showing the phone details Thanks

Two payments taken out for phone

So I've taken an ID contact out on Saturday via the Internet. Went for the Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra and paid the £79.00 for the phone deposit. Checked my account today and £79.00 has been taken on the 5th and another one the 6th. The monthly payments should only be £39.00pm so it can't be that. Both are 'pending' but I'm unsure as to why two payments have been actioned from my account for one phone.  Does anyone have any ideas?

So I'm due an upgrade, I've seen a phone & a plan I was happy to take until I checked carphone warehouse. The plan I've seen offers 25g data at 24.99 p/m however if I was a new customer going through carphone warehouse I could get 50g for 23.99, how do I go about getting the better offer?
