Where is my PAC code

Joined IDmobile over a week ago.  I ported in my phone number. porting in was not easy, the system didn't accept the pac code.   IDmobile is not for me and I chose to leave under the 14 day policy to come out of the contract.  I have had no end of problems with asking for a PAC code. yesterday trough the only option available I spoke with someone who explained the process and followed it up with long text instructions on what is to happen.  essentially they said I have to cancel the contract then request a pac code.  if I were to ask for a pac code first I would be charged £117 cancelation fee.    I went ahead after being assuredly number would be safe.NOT SO!  they said they had texted me the pac code and within 10 mins my contract will revert to pay as you go.  IT DID.  seemingly wiping out any access to my previous account and the opportunity to request a PAC code.the issued pac code has yet to arrive.  Again through torturous chats I have been told they will look into any technical

Why will the PAC code request form not work?

I have tried numerous time to enter the details to request the change of number with the PAC code but it is always rejected by the online form. I have also tried numerous times to contact online support but it is always too busy. How can I change my phone number as at the moment I am having to pay for two contracts?

SIM only Contracts

Hi,I currently have a Normal phone contract working running for my sons phone, managed with my Hotmail email address.2 days ago I took out a 1month SIM only contract for a SIM to go in my phone, after finding out I neededto register it with my google email address.I also wanted to take out a cheaper SIM only contract for my daughters phone so registered it with my details again but this time used my wife's Hotmail address.She has received and email today saying that the order has been cancelled because I've failed a credit check! when everything went through fine with mine 2 days before?Is there some rules that says I can’t register 3 SIMs under then same name? CheersTom.

keeping my old number issues

I have moved from Giffgaff and chose to keep my number. I got a message say it has ported over but when I send messages it doesn't come up my older number but when I ring it does. I can't get on to the live chats either for help.It ported today, so should I wait till 10pm and try messaging again. I have restarted my phone to see if that has helped but it hasn't. What should I do?

faulty new iphone 11

Recieved my upgrade iPhone 12 today, was transferring data from old phone  the new phone screen locked and now I have a black screen, the phone vibrates when charged but no screen, I've tried a restart but nothing, how do I contact id? Can anyone help? Thanks

I am being billed twice for the same account, and cannot get into the help pages to sort this out.

My spouse and I both have contracts with idMobile. Any email to him is now coming to my dashboard not his. My contact is twice the price of his, and I am being charged twice for my contract. He, apparently, is not being charged at all. I would’ve sorted this privately if I could, but couldn’t get to speak to anyone to sort out their mistake. So frustrating! What are my next steps?

fraud suspected?

I recently ordered a phone for my wife, which has arrived today. i then tried to order a phone for my son. my order has been declined based on a credit check. This cannot be based on my actual credit rating. I believe this to be a case of the system deciding that the application may be fraudulent because of the previous order. How do I overcome this issue?

Making a payment

I got a new bank card. It won’t let me update my details on the app it just says can’t validate check again. I phoned the line for special help witch is automated and says they’ll call me back witch they didn’t. I managed to pay through the normal automated line for this month but the details haven’t updated on my account so I’m gonna have to call up every month?! Can I get help?!

ID Mobile are not helping me at all.

Received my sim card on 20/11. Went online to provide my PAC code to have my previous number transferred across. Was provided an email saying porting will be done on 22/11. My old number stopped working on 21/11 so put in nw ID mobile sim in which wasn’t working. Was told this is normal.22/11 past 6pm now no sim cards are working.Contacted customer service who advised porting is showing as being successful but system showing something not quite completed and it would take 48 hours to be investigated.Customer service staff on chat have been very unhelpful and rude. I requested that they provide me my PAC code as i no longer wanted to remain with them. They threatened me with having to pay full 12 months upfront. Told thme i was within my colling off period. They then said i can’t have my PAC until my device was returned. Told them it was sim only deal. Then they made up something about the PAC could not be generated and may take a few days.Contacted them via chat today and same excuses,

Changing Phone Number Charges

Hi! I just purchased a new phone contract and I was reading the contract and it states that I need to pay £25 to change my phone number.  Does that mean that if I decide to use my old number from my previous mobile service provider, I will be charged £25?  Please confirm. Thanks!

Apple iPhone 14 £50 additional trade in value

Hi,I have a question about my recent order. I placed an order a while back to pre order an iPhone 14 Pro with the additional £50 value trade in offer. I went ahead with the purchase, sent off my old phone when the trade in parcel arrived but have not heard a thing about the addition value (the value of the phone has been paid to me but not the additional £50 mentioned at checkout). I also can’t find anything online about this which is slightly odd.  thanks!

Mobile network disconnected

Hi, I have read several different threads to see if I can sort this issue, however I have had no success. My ID mobile network keeps disconnecting and when going into the settings mobile network is ID mobile however the automatically select network is greyed out and disconnected. I’ve restarted the phone.I’ve tried the sim card in another device and it worked.I’ve tried another sim card in this device and it worked.I’ve reset my network connections.There is no network issues in my area. When I try connect to a network manually, I get a notification stating “no service. Selection network (23420) unavailable.  I’m not sure how I can fix this issue. It seems to have appeared randomly around 2 days ago.  any help would be appreciated.

Any plans to support Pixel Watch LTE?

Hi. I got an LTE Pixel Watch from Google's preorder deal, but unfortunately I can't use the mobile network features because only two UK carriers are supported right now. Any chance of coverage being expanded to id mobile in the near future? Thanks

Number porting taking more time.

Hi. I requested number porting on 15th . As per guidance I waited 24 hours. Today is 17th still porting is not been done. Had very bad experience with live chat agents . They could not answered one question out of 5 question I asked. Only answer I got is my number porting request is with technical team. I've to another 48 hours to only get update from technical team. Can't contact technical team. Can't cancel porting request. No update on porting process. Its so frustrating. Can't receive calls texts OTPs . Most annoying is I'm always in worry what if school rings regarding my children. Also school sends atleast 5 important SMS per week. Is there any way I can contact technical team???? Because I have no hope in live chat agents.

No Internet message on my phone

Hi,I have no Internet on my mobile today even though I tried few locations. The text message i received last week from ID mobile mentioned i used 100% of my data.I logged in to my ID mobile from outside to my account. It  show, I only used 26 GB of my 70 GB allowance. Could you advice please. Thanks.

Google Pixel 7 - 5G?

Hi, I recently got a Google Pixel 7 and a new contract with ID Mobile, first time swapping from O2 in over 10years. The contract I got specifically was for 5G.  However its been two days now, and I can’t seem to connect to 5G using the pixel, I can;’t see this as a network option. I also read a thread that Google 7 isn’t supported on the 5G Network by ID Mobile yet.  Any help from the community would be much apprecaited!

please can somebody from id mobile contact me

I contacted ID to cancel my plan. It was less than 14 days and the sun hadn’t been used so I was told I wouldn’t have any charges and that I should cut up my sim. Then I received a final bill for 87p but my direct debit had already been cancelled so this charge is outstanding. I can’t pay the charge by calling ID as I cut up the sim. I can’t create an account as that requires a code to be sent to the sim. I’ve tried contacting ID on the online chat but it keeps saying it’s busy!
