How can I resolve the 'your details did not match' when trying to upgrade my phone?

I’ve tried to arrange an upgrade to a new phone several times now over a period of a few months. I get to what i assume is the last stage of the process, when it requests: “To confirm your identity, we need to take a 1p from your debit or credit card’. Once my card information has been entered, i then get the message: ‘Oops, it looks like your details may not match. Please ensure your card is registered to the billing address and name you entered on the details page’ I’m not sure how this can be resolved, as the details regarding my billing address and name match up exactly, right down to the capitalisations. Has anyone else had this problem and managed to fix it? Grateful for any response/help. Thanks.

Creating new topic as this hasn’t been raised recently. I’m receiving the error “sorry your service does not allow access to this number” when calling an 0800 number on an iPhone 13 mini. 2 calls to the same number cut out after 3 minutes. Please could someone look into this?

incomplete cancellation

The contracts I hold were cancelled 2 months ago. Last direct debit in December. So why have I received an email telling me to reinstate the direct debit? ID mobile has the worst customer service interface. Virtually impenetrable once the phones are out of action. would appreciate a response from customer services using email from an email that can also receive emails instead of a live chat.

Having followed numerous previous posts with conflicting information being provided I've waiting until today for my curry's voucher via email and still nothing.ID mobile the ONLY reason I chose this contract was the voucher as I was planning on using it towards a soundbar.Can you confirm when my voucher will arrive? I took my contract during the November promotion so have waited as per the previous guidance until today.

£100 Curry's voucher not received

I've recently switched to ID and saw online a promotion for a £100 gift voucher. Received the phone last week but no gift card included.There is no information anywhere on how to redeem, and on the website it states it will be sent with the phone. There's no one to speak with online, and I cant even get on the live chat as it always states "busy".Sooooo annoying as I was going to use that voucher to buy new earbuds for the phone. Looking online it seems quite a few people have the same issue...seems odd that there are so many forgotten gift cards and they are incredibly difficult to chase and resolve. Is anyone else having the same/similar issue? I'm curious to know how many people this has affected and how you've managed to resolve it, as I've got absolutely nowhere

Pixel 7 Currys £100 Black Friday Voucher

Hi,I joined iD during Black Friday, and purchased a 100GB data Pixel 7 plan that had a £100 Currys Gift Card promotion. It has been a month since, and I have not received the card, nor any update on it and that seems to be a recurring theme throughout the community.Like many others I joined iD and that specific plan largely due to this promotion, and I am quite disappointed in the way iD have handled this. Are any of the forum staff here able to help clear this up or shed some light on the situation?

iDMobile Website Homepage not opening (even via other ISPs for the connection) and service seems to be down/crawling along

Dear iDMobile Community,I’m using this to make contact as the iDMobile website itself (and live chat) seems to be totally inoperative for much of today. Trying to open www.idmobile.co.uk gets me a message saying:“The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.Your support ID is: 13404291768187563597”Did someone forget to pay the meter otherwise what is going on?? My connection speed (when there is any connection at all) seems like the off-spring of a geriatric turtle and a sloth combined. Explanation please iDMobile Moderators/Staff - my postcode is PH1 5TJ and yes I know there is on-going work taking place on the Three network in my area for over a month now. It has at least been usable on 3 G on other days but even that's atrocious now as well and I’ve no idea why your website is broken.
