People can't hear me in a call yet I can hear them whilst at home

Say miss you is everyone else. People can't hear me in a call if I'm in my property home yet I can hear them perfectly. Clearly this is not a new issue as it's been going on for a very long time and multiple people have this in many locations. My current location is DE13. Let's see what lies they come up with to me in all this about the Wi-Fi calling it's absolutely useless

switchin from android, but apps haven't

My data, contacts etc have transferred using Samsung switch ( from android) but none of the apps from my old phone have transferred. Can you tell me how I can move the apps from my old android to my new Samsung please?

How can I get a copy of incoming calls for the months February and March 2023?

Hi, I have been duped in to paying a substantial amount of money to a fake company who never gave the service I was promised. A lot of promises were given.I am in the midst of disputing with my bank but they keep relying on emails and screenshots.I cannot give this as the company would call me relentlessly instead of email/live chat.The bank has now advised to give a phone bill which show how many times and the duration that this company called me for.I cannot see this on the dashboard as it shows only outgoing calls.So please help me with a copy as it will be super helpful.It is a matter of a big amount money.

need my PUK but unable to contact customer service agent

Hello, I recently added a sim pin to my iPhone however when I tried to unlock it to use my sim it said I needed my PUK and I do not have this. I attempted to call the the provider number as prompted and they said they sent me a new PUK via text. However as my sim is locked I did not receive the message. I have also been trying the customer service agent on the web for the past couple hours but sadly to no success. It keeps saying to try again later. Would appreciate any help I can get as my number is used for 2-FA with all my personal and banking apps and data so I really need to be able to unlock it.  Thank You,Blaire

New SIM Card has not arrived

Hi, I placed an order last Monday(10th) for a new sim only contract. I also applied to have my number transferred over. I selected for the transfer of my number to be carried out yesterday (17th). As I have not had my new sim yet, it looks like the number transfer has happened anyway, as I am not receiving calls or SMS as of this morning. This is a big issue as I require my phone for work. Can you please see if the number transfer can be reversed or find out when my sim will be here?

unable to port my number over

I have been attempting to port my number since yesterday despite checking my details several times to make sure they are correct i am being told there is an issue processing them,i have also tried putting my surname in caps but to no avail and i have been unable to currently contact anyone at iD,not too impressed

Faulty phone?

I've had my Google pixel phone for about 9 months. Over the past few weeks the screen has been freezing and I have to turn the phone on and off again to get it working. Tonight a vertical thick green line has appeared down the screen. I've tried restarting my phone but it's still there. Any advice? Not happy to be paying for a phone that doesn't properly work, have never had any issues with phones before

Unable to Blacklist Phone

I lost my phone about a month ago and have been on the live chat every free moment I have to get the blacklisting sorted. After talking to multiple customer service representatives I was told that the phone was not connected to the account and could not be blacklisted. If this was a smaller amount I would just forget about it but it is £550. I just want this sorted.

Peyment direct debit

Hello , yesterday 19th of Jan suppose to be billed for my one month contract and i have  setted up the direct debit but i dind't ghet charged yet , and the second thing i want to know  what will happend after this mounth , my sim card will be going on with my chosed plan until i  want to cancel it or will stop working after one mounth...?? Full Wifi signal low 4G Reception

I have poor connections when I use my phone for calling. But the WIFI is on full bars, my 4G signal is low and on 2 bars.Why is the call receiver finding it difficult to hear my calls, they were on landline and do not have issues with others. I believe my phone is using the WIFI but is it trying to use the Mobile network as well meaning poor signal?I checked the coverage map prior to purchasing my mobile which has my location listed as ‘’indoor & outdoor coverage.Do I need to switch one or the other off for calling or will the phone automatically choose the best option?

Cant get wifi calling to work

I’ve just moved to id from Vodafone on a sim only contract with my apples 6s. I can’t get Wi-Fi calling to work. I’ve upgraded my operating system, tried turning my router on and off, tried turning wifi and Wi-Fi calling on and off. Still not working. What do I need to do?

New ID plan purchased as phone not available on upgrade

Hi,I’ve just ordered the Google Pixel 6 Pro on a new ID plan as this phone wasn’t available as an upgrade. I haven’t done anything with my current (existing) ID plan yet. What do I need to do now to ensure I’m not paying for 2 contracts? Also, how do I transfer my existing mobile number please? Thanks,Laura

Faulty Phone

I just recieved my Pixel 6 Pro and it is faulty. There is a scratch on the screen and a wierd display issue when you touch the power button. I used text chat and was told my only option is to cancel my contract and return the phone. But as my PAC doesnt go through for a few days I would lose the number I have had for years. And if I wait for the number change to go through the black friday prices will have expired.I went into Currys and they couldnt do an exchange because of a pricing issue between carphone warehouse offers and ID online offers and lack of stock in the colour of phone I like.So basically I just want my phone replaced or repaired and to continue the contract i purchased but that doesnt seem to be an option.Is there anything I can do? Honesty it feels like I am getting treated pretty badly for recieving a faulty phone.

cant call

I am unable to make or receive calls  I can send and receive text messages ok. This started in the middle of the day today. I have tried shutting down and restarting my phone  I used another sim and am able to call from the same phone using different sim. Is there an issue with signal or network? I have been with id and no issues before. I was thinking of getting another IDsim but not so sure now.

Out Of Stock Phone

Hiya, I just purchased an upgrade and the new phone I have ordered is the iPhone SE in black. I got an email through saying that this was currently out of stock after i had ordered the phone. This isn’t an issue, however my current contract ends on the 30th August therefore I would like to know when the restock date will be as I may need to cancel my order if it is after the 30th. Alternatively, I do not mind any of the other colours so if any of them are in stock is there anyway i could switch colours? Thank you,Bethany Parker

iphone user, network provider settings

So when I go on into settings on iPhone, then go into mobile data, then into network provider services, I can see it says mail and then a random number across from there. Who’s number is that as it’s not my number and not the number originally supplied to me from Id mobile. And I fear someone has had access to my phone. Please help as im very worried

Fraudlenent account in my name

cant seem to find an actual solution to this without creating an account and trying to get a message - recently accessed my credit file through experian to find an account that doesnt belong to me, the account is under a different name to mines but after a raising a case with my credit provider who then spoke to Carphone Warehouse -ID mobile they think the info is correct despite the fact that the names are different.  the only advice I've been given is to directly pick up with someone at ID mobile help and support which doesn't work, are things this bad or can i actually get some help on the matter?

refund for overused data

Hi I received my new phone last Wednesday 3/2/20. Transferring data from my old phone to the new phone was easy.    But as I was trying to find my round I had a notification I’d used 80% of my data I couldn’t understand what was going off. Next  another notification saying I’d used 100% data I found out my mobile data was on and some games was downloading, I don’t play games at 67 the grey matter doesn’t work so well, I immediately switched it off not knowing what to do… it nearly come back to you, for my innocent mistake I wondered if you could let me off with the payment for data used ,I know it’s cheeky of me to ask but I didn’t want all that stuff on my phone that’s why I stopped it...I just didn’t know what to do

Unlocking an old phone

Does anyone know how to actually get hold of ID to unlock a phone and before you ask yes it is locked and when the new sim is inserted it does say no network, despite the new sim being registered. I have an old locked phone from ID that I want to give to my son. Why is it so difficult
