Account Ownership

Hi, I note from other forum posts there is no way to change ownership on account. Im just wondering if this will ever be a possibility. If not would I be able to transfer my current number to a sim only plan and get a new number for my current plan and pay for both? Reason being is my number that I ported from giffgaff many years ago is in my uncles name as I was unable to get accepted as I had just turned 18. I don't mind paying for both if I can transfer my own number into a sim only plan.  Thanks

sim not working, no welcome email

Hi, I picked up my new phone from car phone warehouse and when I’ve put the new sim in it hasn’t seemed to activate, and I have no number given to me and can’t register my account without this. Not sure what to do from here, thanks.

No money refunded after order cancelled

Can I please have my money refunded following a cancelled order. I can see from the threads on this that this appears to be a frequent problem. Payment of £95 needs to be processed and put back in my bank account.

OnePlus 3T Compatibility

Hi, I recently moved from O2 to iD and kept existing number. New iD SIM will not connect to network. I can find iD 3G on list of available networks but receive a message saying my SIM is not allowed to join network.Is the problem that my handset is not compatible with iD network or am I missing a setting?

new contract help

I have recently upgraded my daughter ID mobile contract to a new phone also with ID mobile. I have had it for 2 weeks not out of box yet as Xmas present. Is there a time limit as to when I can activate it and am I able to keep the same number? Do I use old SIM or new?

My phone stopped working and the new sim has never arrived. I got it through Carphone Warehouse but they can't help.

signal at home poor

I have been with Id mobile for 2 weeks now and I am not able to get any signal at home, yet my sister is on id mobile aswell and has no issues.I can only use my phone if I’m not at home very poor.

I can't make any calls or texts or use my data ? I've paid my bill on the app and I can't do anything with my phone .Could I seek immediate help please. Adding to my issue , I would like to know why ID mobile doesn't have a easy route to speaking to someone on the phone ?

Order update Galaxy S20

Could I get an update on my order for a Galaxy S20 on a 24 month contract placed on the 26th November? I’ve only had a confirmation email but the upfront cost and a credit check have been performed. I tried a text chat roughly a week after the 26th and was told you were awaiting stock, to check back in 48 hours and that I could not negotiate a possible change to an S20 Plus without cancelling the order and placing a new one, thus performing yet another credit check. I’ve been unable to even get into a text chat queue this week.

I ordered an iphone 11 (128gb black) over a week ago and received an e-mail stating it's out of stock, the email also stated the website would have an expected delivery date but I cant find one. When can expect the delivery? Thanks!

upgrade to a phone

hi i am new on here i got a 12 months sim only when i able to upgrade to a phone how long it will take for id mobile allowed you to upgrade to phone. i know that EE allowed you upgrade to a phone if you not miss a payment for 6months…. it is same with ID Mobile?

My App/account says my plan has ended?

Just tried to log into my account to check the when it is due to end and what options are available. However when entering my login details, I get a pop up saying “Your iD plan ended more than 6 months ago, so your online account has now been closed. If you need help, please call our customer services team on 0333 003 7777.” I believed I was on a 24month contract which would be ending around mid September. So I can’t log in, the call center is shut down due to covid19, I’ve received no emails or texts to say my plan was due to end. Is there anyway I can find out what is going on?

Why is a card payment I made on Nov 23rd not showing on my account?

After I received notice I had used 80% of my allowance, I paid the excess of £4.59 to bring me back to normal.   It has gne through on my card, but there is no sign of it hitting my account and the same message appears.   Why please?

currys gift card

Hi. Does anyone know how you receive or claim the Currys gift card that is offered with some contracts? I received the welcome email after signing up but it's pretty generic and there is a reference to claiming offers but the link takes you to a page with no mention of the Currys gift card offer.  I also tried to contact live chat to get this answered (and another question related to the order process) and it took over an hour and 20 minutes and still never got the answer. In fact it took that long to be told I needed to fill out a special form (this was related to my second question not the gift card question) by which point I really needed to return to work so gave up.  It's made me a little nervous about what I have signed up for as this is my first experience of customer service. Please reassure me I haven't made a mistake moving to Id mobile!!!!
