im trying to upgrade but it is saying unsuccessful and there are 2 prices for all the deals...

i have tried multiple times to upgrade and need it sorting asap as i am without a phone but it wont go through. im also concerned that you are advertising 2 different prices for each upgrade.

What error are you getting?
