iPhone 11 just switched to iD mobile texts not being sent

HiI have tried all the solutions mentioned on here to try and get texts to send but nothing is working, also when I am out and about my data connection is not working, extremely frustrating.Please help!

Very slow speeds

I think there is bad congestion in my area. During the day my speeds are usually about 1megabit down.Early in the morning it can be about 48mb which is more acceptable, but then during the day it drops to about 1mb.. Any suggestions ?I am not even half way through my contract so leaving isn’t an option at the moment

Hi,I wanted to update my billing address, however I can only enter the auto-generated address and not the full address as it says I cannot enter more than 33 characters.  Can you please enter the full correct address for my next bill please?  Thank you.

I think im being over charges

Please see attached, ID is using my capped extra allowance when i have unlimited calls and sms allowance and over 10mb of data, please advise.  This may have been happening for a while now, please also advise on how i can get a refund if so.  Many thanks

Samsung black screen A70

How on earth can you resolve something if there are NO options regarding faulty or not working phones?   I cannot log into my account online as I cant remember my password and it wants to send a code to my phone!  I am going round and round in circles and I need my phone for work.   I have tried everything suggested online and I was quoted quite alot to replace screen.   I was hoping to see when my contract runs out?  HELP

Unlocking my old phone

Hi,I have an old phone linked to iD mobile which I’d like to have unlocked. There seem to be many posts asking to have old phones unlocked, but none seem to give guidance on how to do it or a direct contact.Could you help me in this regard? My phone was purchased at Carphone Warehouse, and is a Huawei P10 Lite.Kind regards,Heidi

new phone and sim

We have just received a new iPhone and sun for my daughter. There is no dial time and can’t send any text messages. I have read that I don’t need to activate sim as it’s a new number but even when I have tried just to fix the problem I need the mobile number which I cannot find anywhere and don’t have the relevant paper work! Please help!!
