possible scam call

Today Monday  21st Jan I received a call from +3537955027792 the message mentioned a charge of £79 and asked me to press 1 to opt out. I just hung up. Anyone heard about this one?

no confirmation for upgrade order

I just ordered a phone upgrade through the id mobile app , I had an order number when I ordered it , but haven’t received a confirmation email , not on junk mail and the money hasn’t been taken out my account ordered it a few hours ago don’t want to order another incase it arrives so please can someone help me

I cannot access my ID account on the app and both myself and my son are due upgrades. The website let's me sign in but doesn't give me my allowances. Is there a problem with the app?

not receiving text from overseas

Hi there! I need to receive an access code from my overseas bank to access online banking, but I am not receiving it when they send it. The bank have asked me to check whether you (ID) are blocking SMS from short numbers. If this is the case, how can I resolve it?

Peckhams signal

I’ve checked the signal checker and  it’s shows good signal but I barely ever have two bars and have a hard time just connecting wether that’s using data ,making calls or receiving them.is there any support I can get with this issue please?

My Samsung S22 is has stopped working. less than a year into my contract. what do I do?

Without doing anything to damage my phone (no contact with water, never been dropped) the phone keeps going into a bootloop. I've performed a factory reset, lost all my contacts and media in the process and the phone is STILL doing it. Less than a year into my contract, this isn't on. Surely the phone should be replaced?

Cancelled contract problems

Hi all, hopefully someone can help! So in February I cancelled my contract with ID due to the fact i have moved to NZ. However I am still being charged for my contract 3 months later... Unfortunately I am unable to access the web chat and it will cost me a fortune to call the contact number. How do I resolve this?!

Inactive SIM/ No service after 3 weeks!

Hi all. I ordered a replacement SIM a month (5 weeks) ago. It arrived and I activated it 3 weeks ago. I still have no service. There's no customer service to speak to because of Coronavirus and so I'm paying for a service I don't have access to! I have tried activating my SIM again in case I did something wrong. Nothing. I restarted my phone several times. Nothing. I checked my area. Nothing.  I'm not behind on payments and I've tried my partners SIM to rule out the phone as a problem.  Please help. I cannot afford to pay for something I can't use. At this rate I'm close on cancelling my direct debit because I'm so frustrated!!   Many thanks.

Billing error - iD have set up 2 DDs

Joined iD on 27/05/20 on SIM-only monthly-rolling contract. Received 2 letters today 04/06/20 confirming DD - except I have been informed that 2 DDs set up. No Contact centre staff and no Live Chat staff to help due to covid-19 situation. I don’t want 2 payments to go out to iD via 2 DDs. Can someone help please?

Have not had much of a mobile signal since starting service

I'm new to the network and have had nothing but problems connecting to the network since I started.   My phone seems incapable of maintaining its connection to the network and I feel I've exhausted all possible solutions. I've tried restarting  and it didn't work, I've tried manually assigning the network and it tells me that ID is unavailable.  I've tried the sim in another phone to the same effect. My last provider was talktalk and I've never had any connection problems at all-so it can't be the coverage. I'm out of ideas  on what to do next. Any input would be welcomed.

ported number problem

Hello, I ported my number on Tuesday and it has successfully transferred when I make phone calls. However when I text people they receive the message with the id number not with my original one that I had ported. This is an iphone.  thanks

Hii have a pay monthly plan through iD I went online at the weekend and changed to a sim only deal wanting to keep my existing number, the sim has arrived with s totally different number attached to it ? I do not want to put it in and activate it if I am going to lose my existing number

Has anyone been charged for MMS recently to unknown numbers?

I have had 2 charges recently to 2 different numbers - 07903512147 and 07903512893. I tried ringing these to find out who they are but the call cuts off after a beep. I contacted customer service to raise a complaint and I’m waiting to hear from them. Just wondered if this might be a widespread problem, is someone scamming us?

How do i cancel without details

I have never used the sim and don't know any details. I have a account number as I cancelled the direct debit in the hope I'd get some information on it. I now can't cancel the contract until I have at least the mobile number. Does anyone know how I can cancel this as can't afford the monthly bill when I have never even used the sim. Thanks

I have a 1 year SIM only contract running till next February, but I am being offered a SIM only upgrade on the app….same monthly price, but with more data. Can I take this? Are there any catches?

Wrong data plan given

I recently bought the limited offer deal of 30GB for £10 a month for my daughters account. However the amount given is only 12GB. Have tried to sort this on my daughters community account already but with no success. If this isn't resolved I will be cancelling the plan. Thanks

How to change plan to a limited time deal

HiI want to change my plan so I can have more data. There are some good limited time deals on the website but they do not show under the change my plan section of the app.Do I basically have to buy a new deal, cancel the old and mess around with puk numbers or is there a better way?Thanks

Hi all, I've filled the online form on Sunday by Tuesday according to ID my old phone number should have been transferred! Nothing yet…Anyone who can let me know how much longer should I need to wait? Hoping not long...as I'm a new customer to ID and so far I'm not impressed.
