Without doing anything to damage my phone (no contact with water, never been dropped) the phone keeps going into a bootloop. I've performed a factory reset, lost all my contacts and media in the process and the phone is STILL doing it.

Less than a year into my contract, this isn't on. Surely the phone should be replaced?

Hi @Gareth Davis

I’m sorry to hear this, in this case we’d recommend visiting your local Currys store to have the device sent off under warranty or contacting the manufacturer of the device themselves to see if they can provide any support.
