I have switched my number to id mobile now. I cannot get access to porn sites

Welcome to the Community!

You’ll need to check that the adult content filter is disabled on your account.

You can do this via the iD Mobile account online or the app.

Once the filter is disabled you may need to restart the handset.

Help me how to use adult sites please

Hey there @RAJA Abbas, you will need to ensure you have the adult content filter turned off via the iD Mobile app/website.

You will also need to ensure your safe search for browsers etc are turned off for each browser you use.

Please also note, that Three UK do block certain sites from working whilst using data, and will only work on Wi-Fi, which we have no control over.
