When will I receive my final bill?

Your final bill will be issued the day after your account is disconnected. If you’re registered on the My iD App or My iD Online, your bill will be available to view on in the app and online. If you’ve not registered, your bill will be posted to the address on your iD account. You should receive it no more than 5 days after you disconnect. Your final bill will consist of your line-rental charge up until you’re disconnected, and any charges for any chargeable usage right up until your disconnection date. Why am I seeing random characters on my bill?

This is an issue impacting iPhone users who are on iOS 17 or later. The problem occurs when viewing a PDF bill within the iD Mobile app.This has now been fixed, and any bills issued after March 6th, 2024, will appear as they should. However, any bills issued before this date will continue to appear with random characters when opened in the iD Mobile app.If you would like to view an older bill on your iPhone, you can do so by opening the PDF bill using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app.Here’s how:View a PDF bill in the iD Mobile app. Click the arrow icon in the top left corner. What happens if I don’t use my Pay as you go phone for a while?F.A.Q.

Your Pay as you go SIM will expire if you don’t use it, once this happens it can’t be reactivated.This is how the disconnection will happen if you do not use your phone:You must use your phone for a chargeable event (using minutes, texts or data) or top-up your credit within 90 days. After 90 days of inactivity, you’ll receive a warning alert. This will be via text message, an alert in the iD Mobile App and an automated email to any registered email address advising that you should top-up to reactivate, or you’ll be disconnected in another 30 days. If there’s still no activity in the 30 days after step 2, you’ll be disconnected.If you have any questions or queries about activating your SIM you can speak to one of our agents via the Live Chat for assistance.
