id sim wont work in nokia 105 (4th edition)

HiI’ve bought a Nokia 105 for my son to use. It is a 4th edition and according to the seller (Amazon) it is a 3G phone.  When I put the ID sim in it it says ‘emergency calls only’ and also won’t send texts etc  When I put an EE sim in it worked fine so I know the phone is ok. And when I put it the ID sim in my iPhone it worked fine so I know the sim is ok I was led to believe the ID sim would be fine in any 3G phone. Can anyone confirm this? I’ve attached a screenshot off Amazon showing the phone details Thanks

Two payments taken out for phone

So I've taken an ID contact out on Saturday via the Internet. Went for the Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra and paid the £79.00 for the phone deposit. Checked my account today and £79.00 has been taken on the 5th and another one the 6th. The monthly payments should only be £39.00pm so it can't be that. Both are 'pending' but I'm unsure as to why two payments have been actioned from my account for one phone.  Does anyone have any ideas?

better deal elsewhere

So I'm due an upgrade, I've seen a phone & a plan I was happy to take until I checked carphone warehouse. The plan I've seen offers 25g data at 24.99 p/m however if I was a new customer going through carphone warehouse I could get 50g for 23.99, how do I go about getting the better offer?

No reply to bereavement documents

I am the executor for a customer of ID mobile I have followed the procedures on line and have now sent the required documentation and info 3 times . The account is still open . The deceased customer’s phone has even received a message why the Direct Debit has been cancelled (obviously because her bank account is now closed ) She was even asked to make other arrangements for payment. On line it claims that doc will be viewed within 5 days if possible and the Id account closed within 72 hours . I first sent the info and docs 4th November. All other utility providers I have dealt with responded  almost immediately with no hassle.

Phone stolen - Trying to order replacement sim but chat not working

My phone was stolen so we blocked my sim. I did not activate my id account so I am unable to make one without the phone number but I do have all the necessary information to order a replacement sim car with the same phone number. The live chat is not working and keeps saying failure. How am I meant to order a replacement sim if this feature that I need is not working? Please help!

Change of ID plan

I've had an id mobile plan with phone that I got at Carphone Warehouse just over two years ago. I have just taken out a new phone plan through Mobiles.co.uk but I'm staying with id on another tariff. What do I need to do to keep my number on a new phone, new tariff and new supplier? Any suggestions please? Thank you

Live chat transfer failure

 Hello,I am trying to speak to ID Mobile using the live chat and after entering my phone number I get this message ‘Live chat transfer failure’. Tried several times. The issue I am trying to get an answer to is that when I login to my account I get the message ‘Your iD plan ended more than 6 months ago, so your online account has now been closed. However, the money is still going from my account and the phone number works fine. I just cannot login to my account or make contact with ID mobile. Any help appreciated! CheersSimon

new customer questions

I’m thinking of joining ID mobile, but I have a few questionsIf use the switch service, do I keep my original sim card? How difficult is it to contact an actual customer service agent?  When I try to use the chat facility, it just keeps telling me there is nobody available, and the virtual assistant is useless. If you are an ID customer, do you still have to pay 7p per minute to call the customer service number? How would you rate the customer service agents on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best?Thx

Samsung 150 cashback promotion - false advertising

I have seen @Mohammed has solved this for others so I am tagging him with the hope that he or someone can help. I upgraded to Samsung s21 fe 5g on the 26th of September with the Samsung promotion for £150 trade-in of a phone working or not working. I have been unable to find a way to redeem this offer, the offer just disappeared from your website. I received an email after my order went through with a link for redeeming promotions, including Samsung cashback, but when I clicked on it, the promotion wasn't there. I have made multiple live chats as well as a phone conversation about it to id mobile and nobody seems to be able to find it or find anyone who knows about it. It's as if I'm making it up, which I certainly am not. The big reason I chose this phone over a Google pixel 6a was because of this promotion. I looked at the terms and conditions to make sure it wasn't about to expire and I would be able to avail of it and everything appeared fine. That is until I actually submitted my

Billing call minutes anomaly

Related topic by @quantum aardvark Why don’t the call minutes and data usage add up correctly on my bills?Like this user I collect data from my bills to monitor how much of my allowance is used each month to help me assess other plans. I’m really pleased with the iD SIM-only plans though.From my Sept 2022 bill, the amount used is 75 mins  (1:15) whereas the duration for Mobile, National & Local calls is 1:09:21. A small difference that has no impact on the bill (£) but curious nevertheless.If I add up the call duration for the 11 calls on this bill, the total is 1:09:21 so how are the remaining 5-6 mins accounted for?All my 2022 bills show this anomaly.Richard

Can't set up account or app. 'Something wasn't quite right. Can you enter your details again please?'

I signed up a week ago, and have been trying constantly to register my account online or via the app. I keep getting this error message. (Online, the error message appears to be in Chinese sometimes!) I’m definitely inputting the correct details and have tried with different browsers (including a private browser) but nothing helps. Can anyone advise please? Thanks!

I've ordered an i phone 13 128GB Midnight but received and email saying it is out of stock

Hi, I have ordered an iPhone 13 128GB Midnight, but once my order had gone through I received an email saying it was out of stock. I have yet to receive an email telling me when the phone will be back in stock or when I can expect my phone to be delivered. I have already spoken to someone via Live chat, however they couldn’t help with my query and have forwarded my question on, however again I have received no communication on this. Please can you tell me when the phone will be back in stock and when I can expect to receive my order. The reason I ordered a new phone was because my old phone is broken, so I need my new one ASAP. I don’t mind waiting a few days, but to receive no communication on my order is worrying and poor customer service. Please can you confirm when I will receive my order.

Noninconong voice calls

Switched to ID and ported number - everything working except incoming voice. Checked the community and phone is set up fine according to all advise and getting texts. This can only be fixed by ID ( in my phone config the correct number is showing) - how the hell do you actually get help with this service not just well intended advise?
